Yeah definitely something off with the GT500 for the ZL1 to be keeping up like that and the redeye pulling away. When I was stock I would get any redeye by 3 cars from 60 every time. Even when I was on the 20’s still and raced Redeye’s on a tire, no competition from 60. Gt500 owner also needs to leave it in auto and let it shift. Downshift with paddle and it’ll auto upshift @ 7500
Right there’s no way a GT500 loses against any of these cars. I just watched to professionals do multiple races with the gt500 vs ZL1, CTV5 and redeye. Not one time did the gt500 lose.
@@markelraya10 exactly haha I confidently wagered $500 on a ZL1 first race with the car cause I knew they weren’t close. Even put up 500 against a jailbreak because I knew what to expect. These cars are nasty from the factory haha
He was 100% not stock. I don’t know why people gotta lie like that. It’s not a damn money run. You will not find another video anywhere on the internet of a stock gt500 losing to a stock hellcat/redeye.
The redeye is not stock if its pulling on the GT500 like that. Don't get me wrong i fuckin love Dodge but i know what happens when a stock redeye races a stock GT500 Mustang.
Gt500 owner didn't realize he was using the valet key for some of these races. Car wouldn't let him put it in track mode so he was pissed. I guess you get another 500rpm with track mode so that race probably would've been door to door
@@RedmaroProductions and they should be a pretty close race they both a great cars and have perks I’m not biased to either one just seems like hellcats get a lot of hate and most of the hate is from people that have never actually driven on they are pretty fun and super comfy boats lol
@@pestilencec11 he had the right key against the BMW, the zl1, and the civic. Car has a 2.65 upper, headers, and is on e85 now so hopefully he can keep up with the faster guys around here now
@@bigdaddypatty2420 and bolt ons most likely or the gt500 was running poor. Go watch some other videos of Gt500s against these cars and it puts a beat down. For an example that MT black wing shouldn’t have even been close
Supposedly the dude was using the valet key which limits it big time. 500’s get Redeye’s by 2-3 cars all day from 60 lol ZL1’s let alone a blackwing don’t stand a chance. I knew something was off when I saw the blackwing keeping up lol

The GT500 is faster than a redeye my friend, the redeye in this video obviously is not stock. The Ford GT and the GT500 Mustang are faster than anything Dodge makes.
the race is not fair in the mesure that other car have drag tire and the gt500 the regular ones so you cant say they are stock if the gt500 have those drag tire like the other cars it would have been a different result for sure
They forget passenger also...only heard that GT500 in a proper gear when they switched out the driver and actually heard him downshift that GT500 with RPMS up in the powerband and it pulled way harder when that race happened then it did in any other run lol...that Zl1 didn't seem to be in proper gear either they may have been in higher gears for traction but you could hear that Redeye screaming and ready to race in the proper gear before going and it showed. Tires.. Gear...passenger all make a race not just numbers
@@03BoostinU when I have done my testing in 1st and 2nd @40mph. My car didn't care much for 40mph. But 2nd and 60mph is moves the Eff out. With how cold it is where I live. 1st gear isn't an option and all I do is spin. A small quirk I've noticed with my GT500. You need absolutely mash the skinny pedal. Cause you get like a weird 90% throttle which feels nice. But when it's to the floor. There is like a nice little boost in power. 👍
its very asinine to say or mention if these small houses on wheels are so-called stocked muscle cars , shouldn't they be already fast enough when you buy them, because they sure as hell cost enough DAM MONEY!!!!!
