Love this bike! I'm an avid sportbike guy and still have my CBR1000RR SP, that being said I've put about 2500 miles on my FXDR since I got it back in June and it's amazing, lots of power pre and post Stage 1 with the SE Slip on and its tons of fun and super easy to tear up the curves, super comfortable and just a real head turner. I get a lot of love with it mostly from sportbike guys. Great review! FXDR 114 for the win!
I'm 50 years old driving since I'm 9 and this bike is the best bike I ever owned. if you want something that really can handle the road with lots of torque this is the bike for you .I also own two other Harleys go for it you won't be disappointed it's worth the price tag!!!
I really like the FXDR. I currently own the FAT BOB 114 with Stage 1. My Fat Bob is very fast and has tons of torque! It is also extremely nimble!! I am concerned that the FXDR won’t be able to do slow maneuvers very well or turn very well. I hope I’m wrong! What do you think? Have you ridden the Fat Bob 114? How would you compare the two? I would really like an FXDR!
@@Burzurk1987 I looked at the fat bob and it wasn't for me. For me and my driving style the fxdrs handles and takes the turns great. I drive it like I stole it lol. It's not a disappointment!
@@aalex188 I did. It’s not as nimble as my FXFBS Fat Bob 114. I liked it a lot even though I think it would take some getting used to the unusual sitting/folded up position. It’s a bad ass bike. I don’t think I’ll give up my Fat Bob for anything that is less nimble or maneuverable. I also looked at a Ducati XDiavel. Now that’s a totally different story! Haha!
Harley really missed the mark on the price and I think they got rocks in there heads for the price of this bike. This bike was supposed to be the replacement for my favorite bike they made, the v rod and the price between the two isn't comparable.
Vrod poop lol my buddy got one can't take me from stop.rolling stop.highway or turns.and that's a fact.my other buddy also has the night rod as well no chance!!! lol I'll see if their up for a video lol!!!
What are you getting for this "review" from the dealer that let you ride it? I rode it. It's uncomfortable as fukkk. Doesn't really handle well. Definitely over-priced. UGLY. UGLY. UGLY. You'd have to spend another minimum $2,000-$3,000 to just make it passable decent looking and perform half-ass. One H-D Corporate promotional video that was on RU-vid has the FXDR drag racing on the 1/4 mile a mid-80's Firebird car, probably one of the worst performing so-called performance cars ever. Very cringey and should be embarrassing for H-D. Get a Softail Standard and drop the 131 crate engine in it and a turbo then you've got something that's around the same price and performs.
