That was my reaction whenever I put my Vance and Hines on. I knew they were going to be loud but I never would have expected how loud they really were. Video doesn’t do it justice
I had the same reaction when I installed my Cobra 3 Neighbor Haters on my XL1200C. Shock and awe! They're three times louder than you can hear on RU-vid. I'll put these Neighbor Haters up against any slip-ons out there. Cost about $400.
I have Vance & Hines on my Iron 1200 and yours sounds just as good. If you want deeper insane sound check out DK Custom Thunder Torque inserts. Very inexpensive and will make the exhaust hit even deeper/harder while increasing torque
Got the same 2021 snake venom awesome color.just installed sissy bar, next will be engine guard and last slip on. Looking in a cobra I don’t know the price of this one ☝🏽 but sound really good
Awesome video dude! Nice to see a good comparison! This made me buy the slip ons! But hey.. Did u tune your bike in any way? If not.. Did you feel any difference in the Preformance of the bike? I've heard that when mounting a slip on, you might loose some HP.. I'm so looking forward to get this mounted either way!
Did not tune the bike and I would say it was a loss in hp but it was definitely a bit laggy in the low rpm out of 1st gear but overall it was an amazing exhaust
@@ghostflash5 yeah i have installed it too, and damn your mothers reaction says it all! Daaamn good sound! Now it sounds more like a harley, but yeah i del the lag too, and i also got the engine light after maybe 2,5H or driving.. it turned of when the bike got cooler, but yeah i think im going to tune it, but First i’ll try and install some fiberglass, cause the bike is a bit too loud for my taste(i live in a vert crowded area) haha
I made the mistake of putting some no baffle sharkroad fish-tails on my road king without tuning and it sound awesome but runs like 💩 so I'm gonna try out the dynojet pv4 but for how cheap they are these things are loud, clappy, and real nice to look at
I see your in California too. I just got a 2020 also. I paid for 2yr extended warranty, will this mod affect that? Like will Harley trip that it isn't their pipes and try to void the warranty?? Thanks for your time.
Some dealers don’t care as long as it has nothing to do with the issue the bike was brought in for but your best bet is just to put the stock back on before taking it in
Great video I weld by trade Sharkroads slip ons is reasonable and great quality I have the Sharkroads 3 inch megaphone very very agressive on my 2016 Iron Xl883N I love them they are way louder than Vance & Hines Cobras and Screaming Eagles I know I with that metal by trade and tested them I make car alarms go off 🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂 next mod get you some progressive 13 inches shocks I got Super Duty and some LED lights keep doing your thing Bro 🏍️🏍️🏍️ 💪👌🤟😎💯
I know ill get hate for this but is the 883 iron not the best looking in the Harley lineup? I mean their is the low rider s and fat bob they look good, they got rid of the breakout. I'm not a fan of the bagger bikes with those huge fairings.
