My brother in law just bought a unit identical to this one. This last weekend, he took my wife and I to visit family in Las Vegas. The truck drives great. It has to plenty of power to get over the passes and in city traffic. Everywhere we went, people were looking at us, pointing and honking. Even the driver of a Vegas city bus pulled up along side and had to take a big look. It was a great ride. The vehicle was really stable in its handling. It was a little challenging to climb in and out. We handled the terrain at Calico Ghost Town with no problem. Just expect people to comment and envy this ride. One guy said, I saw a commercial of this car last night. It looks even better in person!
Great video man!! I love the 2020 Jeep gladiator it’s very cool!!! I’m learning how to drive I’m going though a Special program that teaches people with disabilities how to drive, I have cerebral palsy I use a walker and wheelchair, I’m 29, I know I will learn how to drive with lots of hard work!
Similarly built Tacoma and Gladiator are almost the same in price. Gladiator still a little more expensive but definitely more capable off road and cheaper to MOD than a Tacoma... and is a convertible. To each their own. Thanks for the review.
I have owned 2 3rd gen tacos and they have been great.yes there is shifting issues with the auto but you can have a ecm reprogramming done and it helps.i am looking to buy a 2020 taco but I like this truck too but you can't get half the options the taco has and this costs more.
I like it, I just drove a hour one way then back to look at a Jeep Gladiator Overland. They added a lift with some mud tires and it looks great. I’m definitely trading in my FJ for one as soon as I can. But my ride is dated unlike your newer Tacoma. So don’t blame you if you keep your Taco.
When are they going to do something about the wind noise from the door near hood joint?. I hear no noise from the roof at all. The dealers all claim it's the roof but I rented one and plugged the door/frame hole with towels and the wind noise went away. They need to fix that. These vehicles do not spend their life overland they spend their life on expressways and highways. For the kind o money they ask, a Ford or Chevy 4x4 truck is a hell of a lot quieter.
One problem I always have with Chrysler cars is the interiors/dash look like toys as opposed to the Tacoma for instance that looks real. If that makes any sense.
Jeff McLendon if you planning on getting a new Tacoma get a base model if you not going to much off road also get a manual because I heard they have shifting issues with automatic
Its_bryce1234 I have a beater wrangler for off-roading no way I’d consider $50k vehicle made for off-roading lol btw my wrangler costed me less than shocks+wheels+tires+gear set and such.
If y'all are going to have daily uploads, can car reviews not be a part of that? I am subscribed to watch tuning content, not reviews of cars I can't afford. Last 5 uploads are car reviews. If y'all are done doing tuning content, just say so. But as a subscriber, I'm not really digging the car reviews.
@@bohicagaming4462 yes thats true, is always the case but the Tacoma will stay that way for many years and many k miles, the other trucks will give you a lot of issues after passing the 90k , like suspension problems, engine, transmission or electrical problems, you will not have that with the Tacoma,, first impressions are not always the best
