Hello SojuTalk Nation!!!! Please remember that the tier list in this video reflects the average of all survey responses and not the Crew’s personal opinions. The following songs were released after the release of the poll and before the release of this video on May 15, 2020. OMG - Nonstop April - LALALILALA GWSN - Bazooka Kpop is a very fast moving genre/industry and things may be completely different by the time you are watching this video. Cheers!!!

My top 3 S+: Twice S: Bp A: izone, rv I also can't rank Mamamoo, I don't know where to put them( A seems unfair tho lol)

I think the album reALITY in Black bumps Mamamoo up. Like Moomoos have always loved them, but Hip era caught everyone’s attention.

The big 3 girl groups have S+ tier qualities in one thing. Twice- Physical and overall sales RV- Best discography BP- most streams and popularity All- are extremely popular and have sold out tours. Plus they all have some of the best talent in the industry. Wendy being the top vocalist and Seulgi and Joy amazing vocals. Momo, Seulgi, and Lisa are top 10 dancers. Jennie, Chaeyoung, and Lisa 2/3 some of the best rappers in the industry. They have the top visuals. Irene the standard, Miss Korea Jisoo, and Tzuyu who is a top tier visual as well.

notstarboard she is literally in a technical stand point the best vocalist of the 3rd gen and is as good as her seniors too. If it’s your preference that you don’t like her vocals that’s fine. But don’t undermine her from a technical stand point when her only problem is that her resonance isn’t that consistent

I honestly don't think aoa and wjsn should be higher than loona. They keep gaining popularity and if we're looking at the numbers, loona is the 2nd best selling girlgoup of 2020 on gaon with more than 195k copies sold, they were first in the march gg reputation and 2nd overall after bts ( they were also 3rd in february and 8th in april). The only thing they're lacking in is music charts since their korean fanbase isn't as big as their international one. I'm pretty sure they will get multiple music show wins next comeback if they're not against bigger groups again (they were against itzy, izone, bts, gfriend, everglow, and more with so what so..)

I mean tbh they could do it in Asia, North America, and Europe RV is huge in those continents so they could do them there. They are one of the top groups in South America but mainly in Brazil, Columbia, and maybe a little in Venezuela. But Africa and Australia I don’t think they’re that big

Dia is still together although they haven't had a comeback in a while. Ladies Code left Polaris but are still going to remain as one!

BP deserves to be S+ they are #1 in everything except album sales and it seems they are going to break Izone's record, so the guy who wanted to put them in A next to rookie groups should do a little more of research xd. The lack of cb is true but at this point with all the records they are breaking looks like a cheap excuse. I would also put RV in S+ because of their discography, maybe they don't have the numbers, but they always release good bsides, which should also count and for me they are the best all around group. For me right now is BP-Twice-RV, then Mamamoo, and then a huge gap with the others.

If you're strictly talking strength of discography, I wouldn't put twice in s tier. Groups like Oh My Girl / Gfriend have the strongest discographies in kpop girlgroups by leaps and bounds. Twice has some banger titles, but their bsides are kinda just okay.

Chemiratu, do you mind helping me understand what you refer to with "all the records they are breaking" ? and down a similar path; what specifically is "everything" they are #1 in? Just genuinely interested in your point of view, but you make it hard for me to follow, with limited reasons and sources etcetera.

@@jacob7732 Well with their latest tour, they broke SNSD record as the GG tour with more revenue and attendance in Kpop history -1st GG since Wonder Girls to chart on Billboard Hot 100(3 times already) - 1st GG to chart in UK in the single and album chart -1st Kpop GG and 1st GG since Destiny's Child to chart #1 on Itunes USA etc... -#1 in digital platform spotify, youtube etc... -1st Kpop GG to perform at Coachella etc... -#1 album in China -And in Korea they have the record of being the 1st GG to debut with PAK, also the D4 still the gg song with most PAKs(94), also Forever Young the most successful bside song in Kpop like in the last 10 years Their only flag was the physical albums, mainly because BP only releases 1 per year vs 3 or more of Twice and RV. But 1v1 BP sells more than RV and there's not much with Twice considering they have Japan, and its predicted that they will break Izone's record, so BP is surely a top tier gg at least, if not the #1.
