Great review!Just did a resonator delete on my 2020 M550i yesterday and man does this thing sound so much better now. Made me fall more in love with this car 👌🏼
CJ, thanks for the video. Can you let me know which shop you find for the resonator delete & if you were happy with their work. I think we’re from the same area if the CarMax in your video is off 95 in Boynton.
@@armanddinapoli6347 Will do. Will be searching for a place this weekend. have one in mind but ill let you know. Def sounds like we are in the same place!! you know your landmarks!! Sweet!!
@@CJtheCarNut I backed down to a 2020 540 Msport loaded to the gills. Its wicked fast, I just dont need the power from 85-150, that 's a felony and revocation. The car feels so much lighter than my 550's. Dont get me wrong at times I miss getting on the freeway and blinking an eye and Im at 105
I have the 2018 M550 and I love it. I can't imagine what the 2020 feels like with the additional 75hp and torque. Would love to see a video of the speedometer once you're higher up in mileage with the launch control. One thing that annoys me in the car is where the cell phone wireless charger is located especially when you're cup holders are utilized.
Thanks Umz. The HP is smooth and the car just keeps pulling. Night and day compared to my Vette with 460 HP. Just bought a Dragy so I will be doing a 0-60 video with launch control and a review on it. Stay tuned and thanks for watching!
U won’t feel the difference. I did plenty of tests and the 18,19 already had that power it was just underrated. Exactly the same 100-200 etc ( i did many tests when i had both in my possession) i have the 18 and was looking to switch
The Left and Right parking light feature is to warn drivers behind you that you’re parallel parking to the left or right side and to stay back a couple car lengths while you back in.
The color is incredible. Beautiful inside and out. I used to have a 17’ 530i. I currently have a 19’ X5 40i. I got the sensatec interior. After having the night blue Dakota leather in the 5 series and it was super hard. I found the sensatec super soft. But I love the look of the luxury seating. Plus the massage. That’s next level. Great review!
Hey CJ great videos, I am looking to pick one up my self in the next few months and also do a review video of the perks and quirks. I currently have a 535i M Sport. I like the car but now its time for an upgrade. I noticed you're in FL, so am I. Looking forward to your next vids.
I prefer this over m5 any day and it’s not the money I can’t even afford this but this got comfort speed and everything I love comfort in cars and this car got it all and price is amazing I’m thinking to get the 2019 for 60k Canadian and with about like 29k on it which is amazing price man this bmw is to me best sport sedan car ever made
Great car, I got a M sport 520i recently with M sport plus package, including the 20" v spoke 759 wheels. Do you think they are tuned for comfort with the M sport suspension?
Dark Graphite with Nappa Black Leather, Driving Assistance Pkg, Luxury Seating Pkg, Parking assistance Pkg, Executive Pkg, upgraded 20' 668M wheels with Runflats, Carbon Fiber Splitter, Rear Diffuser, Small Rear Wing, CF Mirror End Caps, Black kidney grill, and a few other things. Decked out more than I wanted, but fell in love with it. MSRP Was around 92k I think - thanks for watching!
Really like your spec. I may steal it as I’ve been liking at an M550i to get in the next few months (debating when to get out of a lease I’m in now). Your spec solved one of my biggest aesthetic issues and that’s the silver trim in the front. Yours seems to be blacked out. Splitter is carbon fiber but other blacked out parts are part of an option package? Love the wheels on yours. Perfect with the paint.
Thanks Dexter! The color combo really looks great together. The side skirts came on the car, and didn't seem to be part of a package. I think I will be doing another video that show my options since a few have commented on the packages it has and specifically the sideskirts. I am a huge fan of clack wheels, but these do fit the car colors perfect!! Thanks for the comment, and I'll try to get a def answer on the skirts for you.
Is the ride or noise level in the cabin much different from a 19" vs. a 20" inch wheel? I have a 2015 550i now with 19" wheels and love the look of the 20"s bu t concerned about the noise and ride.
I don’t personally think so. I think it’s a pretty quiet and very comfortable ride. The ride can be a little bumpy on rough roads, but overall it’s very comfortable. I’d get the 20’s again without hesitation.
@@CJtheCarNut Thank you for the quick reply! If you decide to sell this car in the next few years, I would be very interested! I'm a Floridian as well. It would be great if you could do a follow up video on the accessories.
@@bethclement5619 I am always looking for good content that people are interested in seeing, so I'll put that on the list! Anything special you would like to see?
Knock on wood, I have not had any issues so far. The roads around me aren't that bad though. I could see areas up north having issues because of pot holes and other road hazzards. If i hit a larger bump or bad patch in the road, I can def feel it. However 99% of the time its a great ride. Id get the 20's again (JMO though)
I am originally from South Jersey and I’d have to really think about going w 20’s up there. The winter setup on the cars use 19’s and that may be better suited for the roads up there. Tough call
@@CJtheCarNut Your feedback plus others might have made up my mind. Living in Brooklyn. It might be 19s. Nothing worse then having wheel troubles. Thanks brother..
I have heard that from a few others. Unfortunatly, the car I bought was on the lot and it did not have that option. Have to make sure the M5 a few years down the road has it! Thanks for the comment!
I loved the Silverstone in the M5's, and wasn't a fan of the browns they had. Almost went out on the limb and got a car with blue interior.. That was real sharp. To be honest, the car I got was on the lot and I really liked the spec's on it (even though it was a little pricey) Just one of those have to have it now, issues I deal with!!! lol
