On super long journeys where the car uses diesel only, what Mpg are you guys getting? Trying to compare it to the x5 45e which in petrol mode only averages 28-29mpg

Great video Ivan. This is the best of its kind out there at the moment. I have ordered mine already but have to wait until March to collect it. I have to make do with watching your video (every day) to remind me what I have to look forward to. It would be great if you could drive it again to show exactly what it can do on a full charge. You mention that you always drive with the A/C on - I wonder how much of an effect on range this will have. I love the screen with the economy gauges showing, if you do decide to do another test drive, could you have another go-pro set up just looking at the dash to see what happens with the power flow and economy etc?

The standard version does not have distronic cruise control. I think it’s important to specify which features you mention which are expensive extras. Also some details about the suspension as this carries the basic none air suspension which is criticised elsewhere. Still very useful, thank you.

I like the hybrid diesel/electric engine and powertrain. If only we were offered such a powertrain here in the USA. We have hybrid gasoline/electric powertrain, but for some reason, no hybrid diesel engine.

Very interesting video, but I have a technical question. If driving in very cold weather on high way on electric mode and suddenly the engine kicks in at 2000 rpm, this high rpm would not harm the engine? Thanks.

No, it won't. Just like by any other car on cold start.

Great video Ivan. It's so strange that there's not so many videos of this car. Especially as the main competitor (X5 45e) is so widely covered. I only recently found out this performs significantly better in all electric!!!

Hey, hab mal 2 Fragen, 1. hat das Auto auch noch die Power von 320 PS und 700 Nm (Systemleistung), auch wenn der Akku leer ist? Und 2. was passiert mit den Fondpassagieren, wenn mir einer hinten reinfährt, der große Akku ist ja im Kofferaumboden und somit direkt hinter den Fondpassagieren??? Besten Dank für eure Antworten. 🙂🙋‍♂️🤔

It has runflat tyres as standard,so no issue for me. Also,after having to change a tyre in the middle of the night,-10°C,windy and far from civilisation for two winters in a row, runflats are a must for me.

ms 13 Ha...Runflat tyres as standard, that depends on the country! Mercedes-Benz Uk are offering this car with standard tyres (20/275/50) no change even if ordered premium plus. Iet’s hope they think it over.
