Saw this in one drive last week with McNamara. Apparently Harbaugh needed another half. I wonder how many ballers are on the bench right now at Michigan
Cade came in with us down 17-0 with three minutes left. The program was dead this team was trash and Cade resurrected us. Cade will forever be in my debt as a Michigan fan. Now I’m rewatching this after hearing the news he is transferring and I wish him nothing but the best.
And hits a little different a year after that when people act like he's the worst QB to ever play the game. JJ is obviously the better player and should start, but Cade Haters are way too quick to forget what he's given to the program.
Hits even more different now. Imagine harbaugh gets fired for losing this game. We don’t beat OSU Twice if Cade didn’t ball out in this one. Forever a Michigan legend
7:40, 21:39, 22:19 - the turning points of the Michigan football program that was the difference between Jim Harbaugh hoisting the B1G championship trophy or putting up the "For Sale" sign in front of his house.
Looking back on this game 2 years ago. Even though we won, and I was happy but the entire fan base was over Harbaugh, but if he would have lost this game, we probably would have had a new coach, the streak to Ohio would have been to ten now, lost a shit Ton of recruits and would have been no better then this season. I'm glad Warde believed in him and kept him. Cade McNamara started to what we are now today in 2022 going on to our 2nd CFB against TCU. This game is a lot bigger then we could have imagined when it was being played
I just watched this again. Funny how quickly people turn on the QBs. Pushing for Cade after this game, and now saying he should be benched for JJ when he's played solid, mistake free football and lead his team to a 6-0 start.
Just watched this and read this comment. Hoping for the best with J.J., but honestly feel like he needed another year of experience and Cade should have been given the starting job. It's like J.J. is learning on the job, which is expected but we already had someone doing exactly what he is now with better authority in Cade. I'm sure he must have felt let down by Jim and now he is injured and I am crossing my fingers J.J. can do this.
@@loish1914 yeah, it's definitely been an interesting last few weeks for JJ. It's unfortunate because Cade can't even back him up with his knee injury now, so it's solely on him. Don't get me wrong, JJ hasn't been bad at all! Some of those deep misses are on the receivers and I truly think they've struggled at getting separation. I'd like to see them connect and I think they will, but hopefully it's to put away those Buckeyes come the 26th 🤞
Harbaugh would have been fired if Shipley didn’t make that play in overtime. Which made that a tough field goal. It would have been tough to bring a guy back that lost to Rutgers.
@@chriswehner4450 if we start Milton against penn state the harbough needs to go. I also don't understand being on the one yard line trying to score in shotgun? Make that center push a man back and the qb dive.
Harbaugh needs to give some of his contract to Cade Macnamara. It's insane, but he probably bought himself another year after beating Rutgers... Honestly being a Michigan fan feels like a curse
Don brown is good in the right situation his scheme demands time most talented players and one bad player the entire scheme breaks but usually his players are pretty good but he was exposed thisbyear without having superstar players
No. It doesn't matter why people weren't catching the ball. If it's because he threw it so hard, that's his fault. He also had ZERO decision-making capability. He was that bad and worse... He transferred to Tennessee after this season, where he started, and then was benched there too because he was awful.
Good God Joe Milton is terrible. 4 years in the program and his accuracy never improved. Now he’s back to being a full time bench warmer at Tennessee. He should’ve taken his talents to the MAC.
