I actually have pretty narrow feet but it was just where the toes were that was a little tight. But I think the sizing up of one full size will help. I can’t wait for you to get your shoes too!! Hi Jessica, thank you so much for watching and commenting. You can find The Look Delta or Keo clips at most bike shops. Some spin studios sell them as well. I believe i bought mine at SoulCycle. I am so glad this video is able to help you with your purchasing decision. I actually bought an entire size bigger, and feel that it was still too tight. If you want comfort, GIRO makes really comfortable shoes for a similar price.

Hey Kirsty Hughes!! Thank you so much for leaving a comment and watching the video. I was more than happy to do this video because I had the exact same questions that I couldn’t find answers to, so bought the shoes myself and tested for people like you. Because it is such a new shoe for Nike they have a few kinks they need to work out. For $120 I personally think your money is better spent on the brand Giro. A lot of spin studios buy and use this brand because it is comfortable and durable. If you’re going for looks, than the super reps are great. But a since you’re new to spin, I would highly recommend you trying the classes out before buying shoes because spin isn’t always for everyone. If you have a chance to try on different spin shoes, I’d highly recommend doing that first so you can get a feel of the types that are out there. You can always buy and return from Nike too!! However, I have seen other RU-vid videos on the Peloton shoe and I believe the Peloton shoes were designed specifically for their bikes. Thanks again and good luck finding a great indoor spin shoe.

This is called Crimson Red - it was released last year. I think they replaced it with the Mint now.

Hi Nigel, thanks for watching. The cleats do not come in the box, however there are stiff internal plates included to insert inside the shoes. I hope this helps.

Hey MyHypeandKids! Thanks for watching and leaving a comment. I do not see why you couldn't use them as outdoor cycling shoes. The grips at the bottom of the shoes however were made for an indoor surface, so they may wear down a lot faster if worn outside. Let me know if you end up buying them for outdoor use. :)

@@bishybucky I bought them a couple days ago..still waiting for them to come in. I did size up as well. I will be getting a indoor bike soon from Costco. But I wanted to use these for outdoor cycling. I’m glad to hear I can use them outside. I do not have the pedals for my road bike for these so I might get them soon.

That's exactly what i wanted to ask, looks great, but why indoor only? I'm sick of ugly cycling shoes...

@@ivanboric788 I think the grips at the bottom of the shoes will wear out really quick if you wear them outside. This is a question you might have to ask Nike. :) Thank you for the comment!
