Thank you! This was simply a test video, I plan to do a proper exhaust video. This is the Grimspeed Catted J pipe (V1) and AWE track Catback.

I believe the VB (2022+s) now have push button start as standard. I’m an old soul and prefer a turn key experience tbh.

Thanks. The wrx is known for a very unforgiving 1-2 shift. You have to be at a very particular RPM to keep it smooth. I’m also not the best manual driver so mix of both of those :)

@@wrx.mp4 Still it's must be such a pleasure to drive this WRX. I think the rev hang thing can be toned down with a tune (the rev hang is actually a way reduce emissions by burning more unused fuel as the air-fuel ratio spikes very rich when letting the gas off just before shifting (momentarly closing the throttle body reduces air inflow upon releasing the gas and momentarly increases richness. the rev hand is meant to leave time to burn this excess fuel for emission purposes but it's anoying). That can be tuned I think. Coming off a 2008 manual impreza 2.5i, I now own a 2021 STI, completely stock. Such a joy. But one day, maybe I'll have my dream car (1998 Impreza STI type R - 2 doors, GC8 chassis, around 2800 lbs, no ABS, IC spray... pure nostalgia). So I have a few videos now on my channel here and I’ve tried the headrest mount. With the GoPro wide view, it’s definitely a bit more immersive in video. I now have mic’s that I’d love to attach to the intake box and exhaust and really make a nice video. I’m waiting for the weather to cool off to pick a day to create a more cinematic vibe.
