If the dad realizes he cannot take care of a child and gives the child up then at least he’s done that….still a bad situation.

Why do they have to do this so many times? It’s like one holdup after the other….for what reason? I’m just now seeing this one…..and everyone here seems to be confused as to what to do…..but could be me….I don’t know the whole story….where is the mom? I think most of the time you can tell when a parent is going to actually try. As the saying goes “just because you can make them doesn’t mean you should”…..do a child a favor either keep your pants zipped or pulled up and keep your legs crossed. There’s people who can’t take care of a pet or plant much less a kid.

Zoom is not a Court Room!

I like this judge as I only just came across him earlier but I have to say this was one of the most disappointing dockets. I prefer to listen to this dockets because they are unedited and not destroyed by RU-vidrs idea of creative talent. These are real american lives they are finding humour and entertainment in. These court sessions are very educational on many levels of society and govt, health, quality of life, cultures and beliefs. Seems to me the justice system does everything it can while still following legislation, to help the defendant/s etc. I see crazy behaviour and bad dressers and many that don't treat even a judge with any respect, that shocked me even I first started watching these zoom cases, I was floored at the behavior over never seen or heard before. I guess they felt safe at home on zoom cam. Their mothers never taught them good manners and values. Its just sad because children today are worse off than when I was back in the 70s and 80s, in sure people will relate in the US more than parents realise, and some don't seem to notice. Lack of structure in families is broken because of so many single parent families, so they have to work? Children lose, that's all I care about is their future. In still going to watch more of judge Kim's dockets, these cases I dont like listening to much as its just sad parents end up in court because they cant parent properly.
