Wishing you luck! It really depends on different events and how much scholarship you are looking for and how many athletes are already in that event and who coaches are looking for. You should send out an email to some of the coaches for your event group!
yep managers get gear too, not the spikes obviously, but they get pants, shirts, polos, and i think last year some custom oregon air maxes. i’m sure it changes around from year to year
