I home educated for 25 years…taught my 4 sons beginning in 1988, and I used to say home education is a lifestyle…learning is just the lifestyle…it does all become one. Hard work but I am 58 with 7 grands and the proof is in the pudding. If I have any regret it’s the silent comparison I battled with. When I trusted my mother heart to nourish and feed their every need and their innate desire to learn and expand and experiment with life for the purpose of feeding their own hunger for more…all was bliss. Be kind to yourself. Trust your cells to provide…they have been since conception.

I'm pretty sure we got some of your snow. On Wednesday (the 30th) we got 7.5" which set a record for the date (most amount of snow on that day) since 1990. 😳 Anyway, gorgeous setup as always! 🥰 Looking forward to many more stalogy influencer videos this year! ❤️

That was the plan but I only had time to set it up late at night and don’t have a filming light. Plus I was SO indecisive this time round that if I had filmed it, editing would’ve been an absolute nightmare🤣🤣🤣

I have been loving the free printables from Cocoa Daisy. I bought the planner cover and Daisy weeks in her flash sale and it is great for the hobonichi weeks. I went back and ordered a few inserts. 🤩
I resize a Peanuts Planner Co blank monthly to a full page size to use for a meal calendar. I have big handwriting. I learned your resizing method from your other video. Use what you have!
Love it! I just started my first B6 stalogy for the new year and plan to use mine for a creative/life journal. (I’m in a hoboweeks for a planner.) And I am getting so many ideas for both! Thank you for making these videos. They are seriously so inspiring! And happy new year! 🎊
Super beautiful!! I just love your style and creativity! I only lack a few things to jump on the dot foiling, but not sure when I'll get there. I may have to do all the printing at a print shop like you use to. I love that you shared how to make it yourself, but still wish you were making and selling and lived in the states...cheaper shipping lol! My favorite is the snowflakes foiled acetate, but of course I loved the others as well. I was able to find the foil/holo tap at Wal-Mart in slivers, golds, and pick, yellow and blue by post-it. They are so beautiful I am loving my planner this month and learning how to diy laminated pocket dash boards. I just want to laminate and foil everything!

@@Daksina yes I thought so too until the power went out for over 100 people in our area for 3 days... :( Here in Texas we don't usually get snow and to get 4-5 inches at one time was a bit to much. The trees couldn't handle the weight and so a ton of then fell and left us with out power. Silly Texans girl can't take the cold...I'm officially ready for summer. I've had all the winter I can stand at this point. But we did make the best of it. Building a snowman, watching the dogs see snow for the first time, starting a fire in the fireplace, reading by candlelight at bedtime as a family and having more time with Dad home. It was a lot of fun.

Gorgeous start to your newest Stalogy. The washi inner cover is a labor of love, I think, but it turned out as great as the last one. Love that you are trying out a couple of tweaks and that you have your other books set up to receive their designated data and plans. Those photo holders are sold out at HP; no clue if they have discontinued them or if they are just OOS for now. I found one in my planner stuff stash. lol Question: I think you use a Silhouette for your vinyls and such? Have you ever used a Cricut for that? If so, any idea how they compare with Silhouette? I suddenly have the means to purchase a machine if I so choose, but I am carefully researching the different models and what their maintenance and supplies costs might be (i.e. care and feeding LOL). Thanks in advance for any input you would like to share on this. :)
Ah that’s cool!! I have never had a Cricut unfortunately, so can’t help! I’ve had my silhouette for many years now and have never had any issues with it. I’ve had to change out the blade maybe once or twice in 8/9 years. And it couldn’t be any simpler to do! I’m sure they’re probably lots of videos comparing the two machines on RU-vid though!

Hi! I use lots of different ones that I have purchased over the years but unfortunately I don’t know what they are called as I rename them once they are downloaded. It helps me find and use them much quicker that way.
Did you know you can order stalogy on cult pens? UK based and delivery in a few days.. I just watched your September videos and I've noticed that amazon only have them shipping from japan atm... thought that would help 😁

I have a silly question maybe, but I see all these lovely velum pages inserted into the notebooks, how do you attach these? Anyone wanna help a girl out?
That has never happened to me actually...I usually use 3 pieces of tape (I have a video showing the step-by-step process). Maybe you need to experiment with another brand of clear tape otherwise?
I haven't used one Stalogy for the whole year, no. Because I take so many notes and also keep my homeschool plans in here, I need 2-4 Stalogy per year.
