Hey Marlon. 4/2 means 3 beds to one bath. 👎. Although beautiful, water view is a no. Fear 🐊 . Front elevation ok. Would change the red accents. Like the view on entry open to the back. Ok size front guest bedrooms and bathroom. Laundry 🧺 a little small but appreciated. 3 rd bedroom. Nice open concept. Primary a nice size. Closet ok. En-suite small but enough. Covered enclosed lanai. Glad the backyard is fenced. Just need my pool. Nice starter or retirement home. Thanks for sharing and see you next video.

Hey Marlon, I liked this Home, But they should have Changed the Carpeting in all the rooms. I'm not a fan of Lakes, but liked the Iron Fence all the way around. Repaved the Driveway as well. $399,990 Should be between $359,999-$369,990, Great Video 😀❤️📸👍

I’m sorry but this house is just bland. Nothing interesting. Ceilings look low. Looks like who ever originally bought this house was not ready for a home purchase. Good luck selling this white box.
