Hunter Creek. Great place to live. Close too all the theme parks. Grade A schools. Close to airport close to Shopping. I miss living in Hunter Creek lol.
This looks almost exactly like the Arlington model. Which is my absolute favorite, but this one has a nice garden tub in the primary bathroom that the Arlington doesn't have. It just has a soaking tub. And I prefer a garden tub. But yeah, I love this home because it reminds me of the Arlington by dreamfinders also.❤
On the surface in-law suites are a good idea, until you think about really putting your older family members in there to live. If something happens, such as one of your parents falling in the shower or in the home, you, as their adult child, won't hear anything because your in a totally separate part of the house. I see the pros/cons of in law suites, but the cons outweighs the pros when it comes to older individuals living in a totally separate part of the house.
I mostly love the property. There are some changes I'd make but I'm sure everyone would want to make any house more to their taste. I would definitely cover that back part on the dock to have some shade and there's a zero percent chance that I'm swimming in that lake or any other lake in Florida.
@@Marlon.Persaud One thing that concerns me here is security. Looking at the area on Google Maps it looks like there are some nice homes interspersed with some places that look very run down. It looks like there's a junk yard in someone's back yard just a few lots down Ellerbee.
Or you can get rid of that connecting door and rent the space out (or not allow your mother-inlaw easy access if you aren’t on the best terms with her).
For one thing with the 2 million, you can make money And with the land still make money by selling part of the land And building on it, to make money. Is it those two to pick from. I'll money and make money ( invest). But, you have to pay taxes on the money And land.
