I watched your video just the other day since I bought a 75C after Memorial Day, and saw your opinion of the outside rear 3pt lift handle. When I first got my tractor I thought the exact same thing, it was kind of dumb. But then I realize that it actually does work! The issue is that if you use the “fast lift” handle, it overrides the lift handle next to the seat and the rear adjuster. The fast lift handle is designed to hank up or slam down the 3pt lift if you need that when haying or whenever. The way to use the 3pt is to use the handle next to the draft control, that lever is directly attached to the rear adjuster and if you look you will see that it is moving when you lift the handle. So the fast lift handle should be forward and then the lift handle and rear lift will working in unison. I am sure you figured that out by now, but if someone watches this, that is how it works. Makes getting implements on and off easier especially with a cab.
Mr. Byrd, excellent comprehensive review. Did you compare this tractor with the Mahindra 9110 before you purchased it, or any others, and if so what made you go with the Case?
No sir I didn’t. I looked at Massey and John Deere. I went with Case because I liked how they had larger tractors with open station and the dealer was close
Hi sir, have a 90C with HD rear and front axles coming to dealer next week for consideration. Can I ask what size tires your have and if they are radials? Are you still happy with your 110C? She’s a good looking unit. Be blessed
Mr. Bryd thank you for the information. Dealer had told me spec sheet reads 18.4-34 rear which would be the same as yours 460/85/R34 rear and 14.9R24 fronts or 380/85/24. I really like the looks of the upgraded tires for flotation and traction. I have seen some farmalls with the 30” rears and to me the 34” is more fitting for a tractor this class. Once again thank you for even taking the time to look at yours for me. Hope to see more of your tractor and cattle endeavors.
Thanks for the information! I am looking for at a 120C, and thing the high/low might be worth waiting for. There is little information out there about the high/low what can you tell me? Is it 1/2 of each gear?
