Love the Colorado’s. Best midsize I’ve ever owned. Does what I need it to takes me where I want to go. And reliable. About to trade in my 2019 in for a 2021.

The backup alarm is annoying af. It reminds me of a heart monitor that screams at me when I’m like 6ft away from something! Lol I turn it off every time I back up lately. The crash prediction system is pretty impressive though. It sounds an audible alarm and flashes red lights in the windshield as a HUD, similar to the corvettes speed display. It notices things that you can’t even see ahead of you, and it can be a car 6 cars ahead of you, when you’re following a truck blocking your view. It’s one thing that I like about it.
@@DeLoEnterprises It’s exactly what it’s designed for, and it’s a perfect little truck for that, and a great work truck and fleet vehicle I wish the crash prediction system was implemented into every GM vehicle today though, because it really will help to stop accidents before they even happen. It’s a great truck, but the base model is a bit underpowered for its size, which is expected. Imo it should have a boosted 4cyl in place of the N/A 4cyl engine, or even a small 6cyl with an active fuel management system (the one that cuts cylinders for better economy). I know that turbo engines are not very reliable though, and 6cyl engines require more money to make, but other than that, I really like it. It a beautiful looking truck compared to the last body style. I was not a fan of the front end of that one, but they fixed that with the latest model.
Hopefully they’re not crappy rusty buckets like my 2005 Silverado turned out to be. Going to buy Z71 this year. Keeping fingers crossed that they stepped the quality back up.
@@DeLoEnterprises many issues with mine most serious was metal brake lines rotted almost killed me replaced with stainless. Whole underside badly rusted. Rear end blew up 65k replaced front wheel bearings twice manual transmission needed rebuild vehicle only has 85k. I live in calif my 71 c10 is in better condition.
I dont get why someone would buy the LT instead of the Z71. The Z71 I purchased a few weeks ago was the same MSRP but has a lot more features. Same thing at the dealership I got mine at, they were the same price for less features.
I thought the same when I saw the photos/videos, but seeing it in person really changed my mind. The new front grill gives it this aggressive rugged look and the embossed tail gate of the Chevrolet is a very nice touch. Just recently purchased one here on Guam!
