Buying the 2.0 touring made me a delightful person. I keep asking everybody in the house if they need anything at the store , just so I have an excuse to ride the turbo.
These are 10th Gen Accord tips and tricks not just 2021 Accord. There are a few older videos covering all of these tips and tricks. A tip you didn't mention is the auto E Brake. Push the start button twice (do NOT start the car) then pull up on the E brake for about 20 seconds. When you hear several beeps let go of the E Brake. Hold the E Brake up one more time and you will hear a solid chime. Now the E Brake will automatically set when you turn off your car.
I just bought an 2021 accord exl and at night time. My volume knob and the knob you use to scroll through stations aren't lit up? Aren't they supposed to be?
One tip about auto lock for those who didn't know if you have your phone in the same pocket as your key fob your car won't lock because of the radio interference from the phone and key fob

I have a question: I got the Hybrid version and the audio turns off when I turn the car off. Is there a way I can configure it to stay on after turning the car off but before opening the door?
You need to put it in accessory mode instead of turning it completely off.. see the manual but it should be press the button while depressing the brake
That model is the EXL. Only the Exl, and the touring have Apple, and android wireless car play. Its a new features for the 2021 model. No more Ex . The Sport special edition, replace the ex model. The sport special edition, and 2.0 sport comes with remort starter. The 1.5 sport don't have it.
Awesome Car. Unfortunately they are not selled in europe. They are a few imported, 2 or 3 cars available but the price:( Brand new imported over 50k Euro. What is the average price for an 2018 accord with low mileage in US?
does anybody else hate the sound system and speakers on the 2021 Honda Accord? like they sound so bad i had and 07 and it sounded so much better than this one
If you press unlock once on the key fob then hold it it it will roll down the windows and open sunroof. Like if it’s hot. Also I’m pretty sure if you turn the key while in the door “twice” it will unlock all doors! Thanks for the hacks I didn’t know about everything in the video!
@@ellishageorge3789 I have the tachometer option enabled on my Accord 2020 Sport 1.5, there was a software update released not too long ago? Maybe try that, but i see no reason why you dont have that option.
I just traded my 2019 Civic LX for the Honda Accord 1.5 T LX and I got to say it's a big upgrade much bigger a lot more powerful a lot more luxurious feeling it's definitely worth doing the upgrade just like all Hondas they hold their value
@@rashadhaughton22 2.0 turbo is a good car I went to go test drive it and almost got one myself but I do too much driving to accept the gas mileage compared to the 1.5
Butt did you know if your car didn't came with the remote start,, your able to get a remote start control and get it program to your accord and then wala your able to remote start your accord.. I did it for my accord 21 😎

@@TheTilutza honestly not much beyond the normal expected maintenance. Since it appears Honda hasn't been making new models in the larger motor lately, I don't plan on upgrading for a long time. Not a fan of hybrids. With interest rates and the supply chain in the current state of things, it may not be a great time to buy a car if you don't need to.
I've had my 2021 Accord for a few months, and did not know about some of these things - very cool. Question - is there a way to watch RU-vid on the dash, without jailbreaking my iphone?
On the steering wheel controls (left side) tap home, scroll to tachometer, select, press and hold scroll button to select kph or mph. This ONLY works on the 2021 Accord. Earlier versions just have kph (except Canadian versions).
@@Wealthybaby I have a 2021 Honda Accord lx and it's very fast . I just traded my 2019 with 16,000 miles. I love my Accord. it's the turbo four cylinder automatic.... and it will lay a patch right across the intersection.
2019 Honda Accord 2.0T. When I did this, my screen would go blank after about a minute of no use. I found that the "Stay Awake" settting had defaulted to off. This is the first setting in the Developer's Menu. You must have the "Stay Awake" setting ON. Lots of great features. Love the video.
I just got my 2021 Honda Accord sport, I saw the walk away feature and never thought anything of it until I watched this video, I go back into settings and it isn’t there anymore... can someone help me understand where it went if possible??
For the reverse/back-up camera, is there any type of alert or sound that plays when you’re backing up too close to vehicle or object. If so, is there a way to turn that on/off ?
Hey boss so I’m in the process of getting a vehicle I was potentially going to grab the 2022 Honda accord sport 2.0 touring model for 37K I found this young man with a 2018 Honda accord sport fully loaded many many aftermarket accessories or upgrades he owes $18,900 on the vehicle but the vehicle has 81,000 miles but it looks super super super clean the way the market is going would you buy the used vehicle for 19 K or would you dump the extra 19,000 and buy the brand brand new vehicleAgain the 2018 is super clean aftermarket parts too many to name aftermarket paint job tuned by K tuned many many many added features but it has 81,000 miles
What does that audio "PS setting" actually do? Like you mentioned, some folks report hearing better audio after disabling it, and some folks say they can't tell the difference. Regardless, none of my Google searches are proving fruitful in revealing what the setting actually means. Do you know by any chance? Just confused why Honda would even have "worse audio" as the default setting. My best guess is that it'd affect the active noise cancellation in some way but that's probably not it.
Maybe its "Positional Sound" or some surround sound stuff it applies if you have the 10 speaker setup, Im curious about this as well and this is the best thing i can come up with
So the reason why the software is so laggy compared to other systems is because it still has Android 6.0.1. I imagine if the software was updated, that it would be much smoother. Newer software systems help older chipsets run better.
Note, the tachometer is not available on the hybrid, unfortunately! … But, it might be confusing if it goes to zero a lot when the gas engine shuts off. I get it Also, the auto release parking brake didn’t work for me, but I’ll try it again
Dumbest thing about newer Accords is that you can't upgrade your head unit display without trading in the ENTIRE vehicle itself for an upgraded model. For example, if you have a 2020 Accord LX and you want Apple Car Play/Android Auto you can't just have them upgrade the head unit, you have to trade it in for an EX model. Really stupid.
Justin - just bought a 2021 Honda Accord Sport SE. How do I see the individual tire pressure per tire ? So far only able to see the warning light - not sure which tire is low without manually checking the pressure on each tire.

Question I notice I can connect to a wifi. Is it possible to have Wifi within my car.? This would be convenient considering I got 1 year old. I can set up a tablet connect it and just have her watching cocomelon
