Love it! Can you please do a super long unedited driving video on this truck? I want to hear more of that L9 running up and down through the gears, cruising, etc. Please make the video as long as possible, over an hour long would be awesome! Please let me know ASAP.
I wonder if the tandem robs alot of power, or if the engine is electronically torque limited to 4-5 gear? This is almost on par with my 2004 International DT466E 260HP, 6 speed Eaton, carrying a 2000lbs chip box loaded with 11,000 pounds of chips, and an 8.8k chipper, (21k in total). I am at 40-42 seconds to 55mph on flat ground.
@@jmasoncars4452 I just ordered one with the same power level and a 3.90 rear end. I won’t be hauling much over 8k though and I’ll be on the hwy 99% of the time so I hope it ends up being a good combo
@@WilliamStewart1 it’s going to be a haul and tow rv hauling truck. Will last indefinitely better than using a ram 5500 or similar. Doesn’t cost much more if any either.
New M2-112 we have on order is supposed to be 450hp/1250tq with the L9 Cummins, GVWR is only 33k too, GCWR is 54k. Paired with a 3200TRV Allison, should run great.
@@cybershanks I'll be interested in your opinion one you have it. The new torque curve on the 2021 makes it look like it could be much stronger than the old 450 hp rating.
