From 86 to 102 on the sound decibels, using muffler delete on the IS300 AWD was actually really impressive than i expected to be because most newer common cars would normally go up to 94 or 96 at the sound decibels to be honest

@@colby3333 nope, you looked it up on google, that was in the ISF, it says it under the 2URFSE "2008 IS500" which doesnt make sense. i work at a lexus dealership and ive already worked on some of the IS500s. its a 3UR, says it under the hood.

Sounds pretty good for just a muffler delete. Not too loud, not raspy, just a clean tone and not intrusive inside the cab. Well done

@@Lsutton04_ you mean to tell me a 1g is 350 and the current is 350, with deletes sound different? I’ve been working with Toyota/Lexus since about 2015 and I can’t tell at all if I’m being honest.

You need to hold the decibel meter in the car. The dBs went up when the car shook as well. I like that you guys added it though!

What's going to happen when they go all electric vehicles??? Bad enough it looks like they are getting rid of our Hemis!!! It just isn't going to be the same watching these video's without sound and you saying "it's an electric vehicle" like you say "it's a HEMI." I say we will need some meet ups when it happens.

The factory resonators saves the sound in this situation. If they chop off the resonators is going to sound really bad. There are quite a few catbacks that sounds a lot better for this car than this.

yea the is300 rwd is 2.0 I4 the awd comes with a 3.5 v6

This is the same engine as the 350s come with just detuned…

Actually I didn’t know this but there’s 2 is300’s ones a 4 pot turbo and the other a n/a v6 and that’s why it sounds like a v6 we don’t get the detuned version

Not bad at all actually, one of the better sounding V6 exhaust set ups I've heard. And dare I say it I'm actually starting to warm to what I previously thought was a ridiculous looking front grille 😬
