Light At The Edge Of The World
classic score by Piero Piccioni written in 1971 for Kirk Douglas’ The Light at the Edge of the World (aka Il faro in capo al mondo). This British-USA-Italian coproduction was directed by Kevin Billington and produced by Kirk Douglas together with Alexander and Ilya Salkind. The Light at the Edge of the World is based on the posthumously published novel of Jules Verne.
Pharoah Sanders' version turned it into jazz standards

I never thought I would love a music played on a PRS guitar, Yamaha drums with synthetic skins, a synth and a DB with metal strings. I must admit I enjoyed this. Still, I am trying to imagine how incredibly more wonderful it can be if all the instruments were real i.e. a hollowbody , gut strings, calf heads and an old upright...:)))))

Lol. C’mon…..let’s put it this way JM could fill in for JB if need be…vice versa simply cannot be said. Period. JM got just about the best chops in electric guitar history. Surprisingly few arpeggios for me but oh well…he and Holdsworth still prolly best electric guitarists ever.
