Good day, Robert. It is a factory extra "Rod Storage Box" welded in place... we needed more seating and a place to store anchors, lines, rods, etc. It has been very handy. We ordered the boat and added it as an extra. Take care, from Texas.

Thank you, Mino! I ordered the Rambler from Marshall Marine, Kingsland, Texas in September 2020 and we picked it up January 2021, about 5 months after placing the order. It was a custom order due to the galvanized trailer, rod storage box, and electronics package, so the dealer had to wait on Lowe's to build the package for us. Good day, Derek. The Rod Box is approximately 72” L x 14” W x 12” H. The shape of the Port Hull cuts into the Rod Box a little at the bottom. The Rod Box has 3 rubber hangers that line up with (3) 1-1/2” holes, forward into the Fore Deck. The maximum rod length would be 9'-7”. You might be able to fit a few more rods with a additional hanger(s). Hope this answers your questions. Take care.

Hello, Billy. It is a 2021 Mercury 60HP 4S with a Bigfoot Lower Unit. The Dealer installed a Mercury 10.3 x 13P 4 Blade Prop which has performed very well. I am still starting short speed tests to pick a stainless steel propeller in the future. My last short test was at 38mph. I am looking for a "working prop" for heavy loads and the Bigfoot Lower Unit will allow all sizes of propellers. We are doing more speed tests tomorrow, now that I have all of my screens finally mounted and I am getting more familiar with the boat. I will keep you posted. Take care,

Billy, I spent most of yesterday morning with speed tests, with my wife, 3 dogs, and minimal gear. I was averaging 31-32 MPH at 6100-6200 RPM's with a few boosts of 35 that lasted a few long seconds. I have noticed at full speed, any adjustment to trimming causes porpoising with and without a Stingray Classic Pro hydrofoil. I am still pleased with the Mercury Propeller but I purchased a SOLAS Rubex Stainless 4 Blade 11-1/2 x 14 9333-115-14... a bigger propeller with a higher pitch. Take care.

Just an addendum on the propeller, we have been very happy with the SOLAS Rubex NS3 C Stainless 11-1/8 x 13 RH 9331-111-13 propeller. A larger diameter with the same pitch. We have had it on for the last few months to replace the 4 blade we tried. We believe it is the right fit for the boat. Take care.

Good day, Mike. Well, the combined weight of the Hull and Outboard is just under 1,000 pounds, so it is a light weight boat. It maneuvers very well with and without a full load, when there is no load, it will drift in the stern on high speed turns. We also like the shallow draft, it allows us to get in skinny water and be able to beach the boat. So for a full size aluminum boat, I believe it is very maneuverable for our needs.
