Great product! May I ask what spring rates were used in the rear for his setup? 325 front isnt too crazy, but curious if it means a stiffer rear spring is required

I believe 900 or 950 with a larger rear bar. I can’t quite remember exactly.

Hey AJ! This is a bit unrelated to this video, but I was wondering - do you use a thinner with the duratec surface coat because without it my spray gun (2mm) doesn't get a lot of it through? Let me know :)

I was thinking about this the other day! I'm looking at getting a 2021 M1 and thought of your conversion. Instead of a bunch of shims, what about making an adjustable base plate, like the bottom part of a coilover?

Yeah, my original design had something like that but it took up to much height and in order to get the car to a proper ride height needed a 6" spring but a 6" spring would go solid before the bump stops in the strut which is a bad setup. I get into a bit in one of my previous videos. Basically just not enough realestate to fit it all.

So he ran 2:06 with coilovers and you ran 2:08 with aero on your GT350? Why the disparity?

Watch my track video from not long ago. Got down to a 2:04.9 after sorting some stuff out. That 2:08 was from adding aero, but still a stock suspension with super soft FR springs.
