This is all of the gear I took with me on my 2021 Mountains to Sea Trail Thru Hike.
There have been no significant technological developments in the gear world, in the past 2 years, that would have had me invest in any new pieces. So, my set up would be almost exactly the same if I were to attempt a Thru Hike now, in 2023.
Just wanted to get this video up, even though it's SUPER late; hopefully someone finds it helpful!
