Hello Allan, Thank you for watching and commenting The one that I ordered direct from Yamaha was a 12 volt accessory outlet that allowed the use of different chargers. It was designed to be connected directly to the battery and included an inline fuse. I chose to not use this one because it is powered all the time and if you left a device connected it could drain your battery. The one I chose to use from amaon had a charger built in and connected to the accessory plug under the headlight. Not sure on the amp rating but I was able to charge both my Insta360 and phone. I also ran it for multiple 3-4 hour rides without any issues. I hope this helps

I apologize. I do not know the exact size of the bolt. I went to look it up but it appears that Yamaha has discontinued the part that I used. My advice would be to take one of the bolts out and bring it to the hardware store. You should be able to find one that us 1/2 - 3/4 of an inch longer than stock. You will also need a barrel spacer that will go between the triple tree and charger bracket. This way you can secure the handle bars correctly. Appreciate you watching and commenting

Yes this is the plug that I used. It’s is in the headlight housing. I believe it’s on all models, not just SP If there is a second one somewhere else I’m not familiar.

@haneymoto I thought they had one by the gas tank by the neck of the frame in the plastics, not just the one you were showing.

@@gamerfrck3626 not to my knowledge. I have had the tank off for ECU flash and air filter change. Never saw anything else.
