Thank you! Your video is super helpful and really clear. I just got my 2023 MT07 at the end of last year as was really afraid to take it apart and break something. Your video made me more confident and I was able to install power for a Quad Lock charger and onboard camera system with no trouble at all. One thing I did notice though - right next to that part you show at the 5:00 mark, there is a 2nd dummy plug on mine which also has 12v power on ignition. Its a grey plug with a dummy port and I also have the white one that you use in your video. I dont know what the grey one is for but it seems like I could use it for power also..... Anyway, thanks again!

Thanks for your video. I needed to connect Yamaha quick shifter to dummy plug. For the 2023 MT 07 auxiliary plug is now clearly visible tied right up under panel for easy access. The color is grey. Your video on tank panel and center panel removal really helped a lot! I also watched your video on installing carbon fiber front fender. You definitely saved me a lot of time! Thanks again.
What is the mount you have for your phone that holds the whole quadlock setup? The bracket the holds the balljoint and seems to wrap around your keyhole? Great vid!
I’m hoping someone else can help answer this.. I’ve never installed a quick shifter so I’m not sure. But someone else in the comments did point out there there is possibly a second accessory port in that same location.
Oh no! I am sorry to hear that, I haven’t encountered this problem before. Is yours a Yamaha accessory or after market? Hopefully someone else reading this can help, too?
I only have access to a 2021 MT07, but I believe there is very little difference between the 2021 and 2022 model, if your accessory plug isn't in the same spot, you'll have to look for it in the 2022 user manual unfortunately.
I followed ur steps cause I had to remove my fairing because its cracked. But on the 2022 there is the same connector, so this will work 200% on the 2022 mt07!! Thanks for the help
Does the quad lock wireless charger work well with the case? I have an iPhone 12 with an otter box case but it’s always been hit or miss with wireless charging
