Hey Bec, thanks for this templated. I was just wondering if this can be used as a template on a staff notebook in teams (and if so, how)? That way parts of it (the administrative stuff) can be pre filled and updated for a whole staff cohort.
Hi Kylie! I don't know if it will automatically transfer but I'm sure you can definitely copy and paste sections if you want to start a new one and then copy over 😀
Hi Lynne. Yes this is based on primary programming, however much of it would still be helpful such as calendars etc. I believe Pip Cleaves is making a secondary one. Are you in the Facebook group 'On Butterfly Wings'? As she will very likely share it in that group 😁

I'm sure you can embed links for websites so I think that should work for Google slides. I'm not entirely sure how though. I'd love to hear if you figure it out though! 😀👍

Hi there! So glad you like the onenote programs. I'm a bit confused with what you mean. Do you mean that you can see the program using onedrive but you can't see it in the onenote app version?

Hi has anyone else has trouble downloading the link? It goes to saving your notebook. Then says success open now and then when i click on that it says 403 forbidden
Can you please help me with learning how to share a copy of a notebook so each person has their own copy? please :) I love your notebooks but want to then set it up with all the whole school info before staff access it :) thank you
Hi Karen! This is a fiddly process depending on how you want to share it. Do you want a whole school notebook where teachers have their own sections? Or do you want to just share one that you'veade for teachers to have their own copy to work on (one noone else has access to)?

Hhmmm sounds like perhaps they don't like that specific song. Maybe you could try another version that's softer or slower. Something that is a calmer version maybe?

Thanks for this wonderful resource. I am wondering, if I start using this for myself and then others in my stage team wish to have one as well, can we 'join' them? or, do you just add a teacher only section and join them there?
Hi Colleen! You can definitely add them to your own file but that would give them access to everything in it. Apparently there is a way to add them to a specific section only but I haven't learnt how to do that yet. Another option is they can download the file for themself to have this onenote for their own but it won't have things you add to it. When I learn how to add people to certain sections I'll do a new video 👍
Thanks Bec, I watched a tutorial video that showed how to add a teacher only section and then you can share with teachers. I was getting ahead of myself and imagining a principal creating one with all rosters, class lists and general info already populated to then share with staff but also provide collaboration space for stage teams etc
That's pretty much what we do at my school. Exec create it together and one person shares it with all staff. 2020 was my turn and I didn't know about the different sharing options so that's my learning to improve this years one 😀
