Polaris should send you a check dude, really well done step by step video, very helpful for me, because im thinking of buying this ATV and plow set up. thanks
great video! one other important thing to mention: that angle pin for adjusting the left/right/straight for the blade is also an actual shear pin!! if you smoke something hard enough with the ends of the plow, that pin will indeed snap. the nice thing is that it's double ended, basically 2 pins in one. swap it out end for end and you're ready to go again. but from experience, keep a couple of spares on hand!! ;)
This has been such a great resource for me being new to using the ATV as a plow. The comment below about the shear pin helped, as I unfortunately already went through one. Thanks for doing this!
Those are the stock tires. When plowing my driveway they are gone because the plow skids kick up just a bit of gravel. if you are plowing icy spots chains might be good but a little overkill. I’d Probably just throw in a bunch of screw in studs
Be carefull with that frame attatchment part, tte one witch is abit loose. Put my blade upwards and done it alot cause of space. But i let loose to late and whrn it flipped upright that atatchment flipped over my finger and broke it. So yee, be carefull😅
