As an owner of a 22' GT500 Heritage Edition CFTP i can tell you its going to be pretty hard finding a CFTP without a markup. you can definitely get a base as MSRP right now but the MSRP on mine was $104 and i paid $117 but honestly i think i got a pretty good deal considering every dealer i called wanted anywhere from $20-40K over for a Heritage depending on whether is was a Golden Ticket or not. I really like the performance blue its probably my favorite color but they are definitely asking way too much for that one. I would keep looking you will find one im sure.
Congratulations on the HE. Hands down that’s the one my friends and I would get. I had a chance to get a Grabber Blue at MSRP but I didn’t act fast enough. They sold it within one day. I would have had it if I didn’t have to work that day. The Performance Blue isn’t bad and I am warming up to the color. It’s on consignment and I am not sure how this will play out.
Well good luck i say keep hunting but you are correct these cars especially the CFTP wont last long i was looking for about 3-4 months and i almost got a gray with black stripes up in MA but the HE pretty much fell into my lap and it was only an hour from me and the dealer actually took really good care of me, i ended up getting another car from them about a month later for well below MSRP so it worked out
It’s a nice color in person and actually one of the rarer colors. No dealers sold the Cftp at msrp! 98% of cftp owners paid a mark up, it’s a desirable car check the forums if you don’t believe me, track packs are going for 115-150k right now and Its already a classic smoking everything on RU-vid
@@mrb6144 I am on the forums but refuse to pay over MSRP. I am perfectly fine not owning one although I would like to, I am a Ford Fanatic and the GT500 is a great car. These will follow normal depreciation like other cars.

These dealers really are on some scumbag shit. I bought my Integra typeR new 23years ago for msrp no problem. They really need to make an addendum about dealerships and their over-msrp INSANE markups. It's really getting up the point of "highway robbery"
We as consumers need to just say “No” and unfortunately people are agreeing to over MSRP. I won’t pay over. The one and only time I paid MSRP was for my 1988 Honda CR125R and in retrospect I wish I had not paid that .
