Can you believe it? We've never done a real shop tour before! Well, that all changes now. Welcome to Odin Leather Goods! Let me walk you through our workshop and share about all the equipment, tools, and setups that we use each day. In this tour, I talk about the pros and cons of the laser, sewing machines, presses, and more.

I really like that TEXAS Flag on the wall. Prettiest Flag of all the states. Great job on the tour of your shop young man. People really don't realize what tools are very useful to have in a shop to speed up the work. And people also don't realize what goes into leather work to make the goods they buy. It is sure not as simple as most think. Keep up the good work.

I just came across your channel tonight, and love your work! In case you didn’t know, HDPE is recyclable #2, what most milk jugs are made of. While that’s awesome enough in it’s own right, it can be melted at “home oven/shop” temps without off-gassing harmful chemicals! If you were to get creative, you could resurface your work surfaces at nearly zero cost! (Assuming your time is worth nothing, which is of course not true…) Whilst your work tables don’t make much sense, HDPE is great for mallets, cutting boards, and say, the surface your clicker press!

Enjoy your walk-through in detail description of your shop good job man looks cool. I do have a suggestion to get rid of your thicker leather up top above your clicker press. Instead of making belts start making tote bags and use that sticker Leather for the tote bag straps and handles. I just subscribed to your channel

Hi, I'm starting off very small doing everything by hand but have built up a small clientel already. Eventually I would like to quit my day job and do this full time as I found I love doing this work. Can you do a video on any tips you have for someone in my position? Right now I work in a 700sq ft apartment with a work table, arbor press and dremel, how do I get a boss workshop like yours? 👍

Thanks for the this - always nice to see the thought that goes into someone else's shop - 'preciate you sharing. I had two questions. Did you ever consider a Novolene surface for your workbenches? (the same dark red surface the mighty wonder punches on). Also where do you source your 92 and 138 thread? Thanks man.
