The #open #headbox will be fabricated s.s-202 from 3.15 mm thick s.s-202, sheet 1-meter x 1.2-meter deckle x 2.5 meters long. the pulp from the headbox will be coming in the machine headbox by gravity and the gsm control valve will be installed for obtaining the required thickness of the paper.
There will be 10 nos. of ebonite coated wire part roll, breast roll, tail pulley, s.s. suction box 2 nos. 01 no boggle box, wire structure, guide rolls, shower nozzle, isolating shower, etc. nylon wires standard makes 1300mm face 60FT length. the pulp from the machine headbox will come on the wire part uniformly in the shape of wet paper. the drive will be arranged by gearbox 4” center, gear pinion, and adjustable cone pulley. the wire part will be used in the shape of cylinder mold for the formation of the sheet; the total length of the wire is 8 mt. (approx.) & the mainframe will be m.s fabricated box type.
#press roll: - #Rubber covered, this machines will squeeze the water with the help of a press roll & the rotary vacuum will work as a vacuum. drive arrangement will be done with the help of gear, gear pinion. cone pulley will be used for speed adjustable and reduction gearbox of 6” center mainframe, baby press, felt roll, machine felt, gear and pinion will be also provided creping arrangement & all rolls will be provided with bearing & brackets.
