Yeah, I had hoped we would get a bit more from the dealership but ….. anyway. Your right, maintenance is very easy overall, not much of a struggle at all. Congrats on the wrx, very nice car.

my first Subaru. before that it was an 04 VW GTI, so I know the struggle is real. Both cars come w/uniqueness. The Subaru has less "what were they thinking" moments...so far. Spark plugs and brakes are soon, so that might change. 🏁

mx on these isn't horrible. hardest are probably the rear diff and cvt (and definitely the spark plugs). add a fumoto valve to the oil drain and no more tools needed. cabin and air filters are 12mo; and easy if you buy your filters NOT at the dealer. Sorry she's getting the run around. I got 2 yrs (24mo) service (basically 4 oil changes and a cabin and air filter) for a $0.01. Problem, it was done by mileage and drive 1200-1300mi/mo. my 'service' ended before 24mo was up. Ever since then I've done all of my own and I'm at home 71k on my 2019 wrx....
