I ran a 8 axle walking floor for two years for a mulch company loved that job going into the woods pickings up loads of chips, just a all out enjoyable job. 👍
@@flintcreektransport yes Michigan, we ran full top to bottom front to back wet and dry, the job was never boring, sad thing the company had to many family members dipping their hands in the pot spending to much money on B.S company went bankrupt.
I got dropped out of a loader bucket from 10 feet up while I was securing a tarp on a similar trailer. If my company had the e-tarp system I wouldn't be off work with a broken foot.
Thank you sir. Very informative. When you were in the rear of the trailer explaining about the floor, did you mean to indicate that if the slates are damaged in say the last five feet give or take, that they can be repaired instead of replacing them entirely? Thanks again. Take care.
Man I wish I could work for an outfit like this. Some of the walking floors we pull shouldve been scrapped years ago. half the slats missing shredded tarps walls bulged out till it forms a v in the middle.
How many yards is that trailer and how long is it I also run mulch in New York and always think about a walking floor how many yards of mulch can you fit and be legal
