oh, wow, hello!! anthrocon 2022 was the first furry convention I've been to, and the time I spent there made me the happiest I've ever been- from the kindness and welcoming coming from quite literally everyone I met, to the amazing amount of creativity that was shown in so many different ways, to a bunch of my interests being shared by others,-- ( emphasizing undertale and deltarune, I think to say I'm obsessing over them right now would be an understatement ) --I can already tell this fandom is going to be a huge part of my life, both now and for many years to come. I struggle quite severely with social anxiety, which likely cut down on some of the fun I could've had, but I'm making an effort to get better at it! I just wanted to let you know that you were the first person at the con I was able to put that aside for and approach, and the first fursuiter I've ever gotten a hug from- I'll never forget that, I appreciate it so much more than I could ever put into words :D thank you sm for being such an awesome person!!

Just cause I can drive to it in less than 2 hours, I’m probably going to go to Motor City Fur Con. I’ve never been to a furry convention before. It’ll be an experience the year I’m able to go. The thing is that almost nobody other than a few friends know I’m a furry. My parents don’t even know.
All of these costumes look so sick, eventhough I'm not a furry or into anthro animals. It's too bad though that about 50 % of the community dress as canines, 30 % as felines, 19 % as dragons and 1 % as other animals. C'mon guys, be creative! There are many more animals in the world, than wolves, cats and dragons!
