I also got my new ghost V2 and did not have 2 extra tubes, I sent an email to support and they literally no questions asked emailed me a confirmation for the tubes being delivered not even 5 minutes later. Top notch support here from Apollo *clap *clap. Keep on making the best scooters guys!
Why City 2022 Pro over Ghost 2022? Ghost is like $200 cheaper, looks better(imo), has much more power motors(dual 1000W vs dual 500W) and therefore also has noticeably higher top speed(60km/h vs 50km/h) and slightly higher range too(63km vs 60km).
Mine came today. The key gives it power but the power button to the LED is not lighting up after holding button for 3 seconds..... I knew there would be something wrong day one 😢 guess it's going back, oof No tubes either
Been using this scooter for over 6 months. Unfortunately the design of the scooter has caused many users who’ve tried the model I’m using to scratch their heads. Seems to be a common issue that it can not stay shut when folded (the mechanism does not latch 99 out of 100 tries). The handle bars are terrible to connect back together when you fold them *be ready to have bloody knuckles*. Replacing a tire tube sadly lead to screws being stripped due to low quality metal. And the standard brake pads will wear out within a month if you plan on riding this in the city. On the positive side of thins…… it has lights beneath the scooter for when you ride with little light, but it does not illuminate in front of you to see where you are going. YES it does have front lights but you will not see much of anything 1 foot (or 0.3 meters) directly in front of you. I would suggest looking into other brands if you plan on spending $1,900 on a daily scooter. It’s sad that even at that price point this scooter is still short of $600 basic Segway scooter when it comes to materials and the simplicity of just folding.
I just received my 2022 Ghost today. Super excited, but my package did not have the spare inner tubes. Hopefully that was unintentional, I’ll open a case.
Should I buy the Apollo explore or Apollo city 22, I live in Vancouver and really need something to resist rainy weathers since its rainy and wet most of the time!

I have a 2022 Ghost. Max psi stated on tire is 45, but video states ideal psi is 50. Is there any issues with filling to 50 psi? I personally would like to go the 50 psi route.
so for people in the comments, how do you guys like the pull throttle? Ive only ever used a thumb throttle and Im curious if the breaks ever feel like they are getting in the way even if you move them down more
Is there any way to get a hold of Apollo customer service directly? I bought a Phantom back in September and it only made it 20 miles and it won't power up. I've been down for months. After searching the internet there are a lot of Phantom owners struggling to get help addressing their Phantom issues. They seem to keep pumping out new videos but not addressing know issues with the Phantom.
I don’t know which on to get the Apollo Ghost 2022 or the Apollo City pro. I have a nine bot e scooter which I got several years and want to upgrade to a hyper like scooter, which I will tend to use to go to swimming practice and as a fun ride when I have free time. So in conclusion which of the two Apollo e scooters do you recommend.
I’m sure it will be possible to change the stem and the whole folding mechanism on a Ghost 21 to a 22 stem, right? Also, will the 50% thicker rim be available to install on a 21 Ghost?
Hey Jocke, Unfortunately the 2022 Ghost upgrades are not compatible with the 2021 version. However the Rims do fit on both versions of this model! The motor connectors are different on the new Ghost 2022 motors, and so are not compatible with the old controller of the V1 Ghost. The new locking mechanism cannot be installed on the V1 stem since it doesn't fit the original stem shape & the new stem cannot be installed on the V1 Ghost since the models have a different directional systems.

Hi I have a question i bought a scooter apollo ghost i just changed the settings how can I reset the settings and when the change is full when I start riding the charg bar come down when I stop the change is full again.
Hey Shane, We're referring to the wheel bearings! You can spray some silicone based lubricant in both the front and rear wheel bearings, just be sure to wipe off any excess you can from the wheels.
@@ApolloScooters Aren't they sealed bearings? I'd be concerned that the thin Silicone spray would potentially dilute some lube if it was able to reach the bearings. I could be wrong?
Hello, l purchased a Ghost , which came damaged, lm trying to get the item returned and am struggling to get the RMA number. I have submitted the return online , l also sibmitted a claim along with photos. The website is not user friendly and returns are complicated. Also im still waiting on a response from Customer Support. I would like to return the scooter with the 14 days permitted, but fear the back and forth in correspondence with customer support is dragging to the the point where l may surpass the 14 day window. Can anyone please help me resolve this issue. Thank you.
I plan to put Armor-Dilloz sealant in the tires when mine arrives. For apollo the chart reads: Apollo Ghost 34 10" Pneumatic 3.5oz Apollo Phantom 38 10" Pneumatic 4oz Since the 2022 version is faster than the 2021 should i use 4oz like in the phantom or 3.5oz like in the old ghost?
Hey there, We've stopped using Armor-Dilloz in our repair centres as we found that it was more of a mess to work with than it was helpful in reducing flats. However some riders to still swear by it! We would not have a professional recommendation in this regard, however the wheel, rim and tire size have not changed so sticking with the recommended 3.5oz should be more than fine!
@@ApolloScooters that's we need v2 thumb throttle is cool but we need big Screen on the midle too we are tired of little screans with weird gas we need Innovation not lame tiny screen from china like other lame scooters we need more works of art like apollo phantom ghost is work of art too but we need cherry on the top with cool screen and thumb gas

I like how y’all didn’t show how it locks in place when it folds. Cuz it doesn’t 😂 been using this scooter for 4 months and like many other users, the locking latch does not work correctly. Just a poorly designed locking system. Do it right or don’t bother.
For pre order. Not a scam operation. Just been having a hard time with their Chinese manufacturers and also the outage did not make things easy for them at all.
