On the hill for the capitals Noah Lindt struck out 8 over 6.0 innings of work, finishing the day with a 1.5 ERA. The LHP picked off two at 1B.
The Stealers were definitely dusting off the winter cobwebs. Brehan Murphy had a tough time holding onto the ball on 3B, while hurler Wittig lacked control, finishing the day with a 17.47 ERA and .321 average against.
