I rented one of these with AWD and I agree it feels WAY quicker than what they claim. With AWD you just stab the accelerator and it just grips and goes with very little if any hesitation. 😁
The 0-60 is published as 5.2 or 5.3 sec and the X-Drive knocks off .2 sec for 5.1 or 5.2 sec. I own this car. As the reviewer mentioned, there are faster models in the 3 Series available if you "need" them. I own this car and it is an amazing car. The price is actually quite low for the level of sophistication, technology, performance, handling, etc. I'm also the owner of a MB C-Class. Both are great cars.
Hello. I found a 2022 bmw 330i model and I am deeply considering it. How is the long term reliability? I wanna keep it as long as possible. According to Consumer Reports, it’s recommended and reliable. But would like to know from an actual owner.
This car has had no problems so far, but i've only had it 6 months or so. I love driving it. I've tried the M340 and it has some advantages, mainly that it is very, very quick. If I was still driving too fast all the time I'd prefer it, but this one is plenty for me, and i like the distance between gas stations. The software is nonsensical in some areas, and that is my only complaint. Mine has Xdrive, but haven't driven it in snow. Xdrive makes the 330 quicker in 0-60 times.Some testers have gotten 5.2 sec in the stock model. Hope this helps.@@leom00n79
Did you end up getting it? I am considering 320i 2022 model but thinking to go lower to 2021 for 330i - a lot of people enjoy it and want to keep it for 8 years@@leom00n79
@@cyrilsvetlik7622These cars have proven themselves to be plenty reliable. I have a family member who had a F30 328i with 140k miles no issues. Have another with a F15 x5 35d with 89k miles and no issues. BMW has come a long way in the last 10- 15 years as far as reliability goes. As with any vehicle though, regular preventive maintenance is key.
True. My old 328i started to have engine gasket leak soon after 50k miles. Then, alarm light malfunctioning from time to time makes me nervous. Finally, I traded in (for 330i)
