In this one I install the scorpion exhaust onto my 2020 to Honda CB500X and then I do a quick sound test if you have any questions leave me the Costello thank you for watching.
Does this give your foot room to stand without your heal hitting the exhaust? With the stock exhaust if you stand on the ball of your foot your heal rests on the top of the exhaust. I am having a hard time finding a solution. Thx
Thanks for the video. Did you have to wrap the pipe to keep the heat down in front of the new muffler? I have new, lowered foot pegs as well as the scorpion enroute and just realized my boot my get too toasty without some heat wrap.
I put on the mitas e 07 + they’re supposed to last long time I’m hoping to get 10,000 km out of this set before I’m extremely well on the dirt and off road and fairly decent on the street as well
@@Maxsmotoshop ya it comes off the exhaust and sits near rear tire. Just wasn’t sure what that was and if you felt it gets too close to the tire. Makes sense it’s a center stand mount now that you mention it
That’s a good question it felt like about 5 pounds but I’m not exactly sure I should’ve weighed them for me it was more about adding an acceptable amount of sound to my bike without being annoying and the small horsepower gain
Much needed upgrade for what? Why do you need to hear the bike when you're riding? You're mobing in a forward motion, all sound goes behind you. An exhaust upgrade like this is purely cosmetic.
This is not allowed pipe but yes, it does give a small volume gain. It also allows a bike to breathe properly giving it an extra one horsepower and on a bike with less than 50 that is a big gain.
