Didn't have time to read all the comments, but I did see rear tie-down points high on the frame on both sides in the rear. They have oval cutouts. Great reveiw, thanks for taking time to do it. I'm considering a Uforce 1000 and your video pretty much sealed the deal for me.

You're welcome. Thanks for watching. Make SURE your dealer adjusts your belt and clutch spring correctly. Mine did not because they just recently started carrying that machine, and my unit went back to the dealer today because at low speed it was shaking a lot I also discovered that their tech who assembled the machine did not know how to properly check the oil so it was low.

I have the exact same machine. Had it about 4 months now and love it. You mentioned the metal on metal, probably horrible sound. One thing I learned right off is that you need to make dang sure that it is fully shifted into the gear you selected with the indicator on the dash confirming it before you take off. If you just put it into the slot at the shift lever, but it hasn't yet indicated on the dash - it has not fully shifted yet and if you start to take off its going to try to drop into that gear while moving = bad mojo. The fix is simple. Many of these need to have the shift linkage adjusted from factory and a lot of dealers are new and don't yet know that. The adjustment is under the passenger seat, easy 5 minute adjustment. See Ironhead Biker's video, attached here. I waited til I had about 100 miles on mine and it got somewhat better on its own, but after the adjustment its all good. Also, little correction, but they are licensable and fully street legal in some states such as mine. Enjoy !! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-IUoPEBcRzrE.html

You should hook the a arms and tie the machine down on the 4 a arms. This way as the machine bounces on the roads your straps don’t loosen. That is the best way I find to tie my machines down. Never loosens now. Use to tie from the box down but the bouncing with shocks they could lose
@MikeM100
@MikeM100 2 года назад
Thanks for the suggestion. I use wheel straps now to keep the wheels firmly on the trailer. That stops 90% of the bounce. I also strap around the arms like you described, as well as the hitch. Can't have too many tie-down points. Thanks for watching.

I'll start by saying that these machines are made from inferior materials that are not durable. Before the UForce 1000, I had a 2019 pioneer 700 and rode it like a pack mule for three years and never had the first problem with it. Sold it because I wanted a pioneeer 1000, but no one had any in stock, so the dealer talked me into buying the UForce 1000, promising that it was the best machine on the market. I purchased the extended warranty with my unit. Paid about $17k after unit price, fees, taxes, and warranty. The belt tore up the first weekend I had it. And I rode it pretty easy and stayed on solid ground. It was in the break-in period so I stayed below 30. I took it to the dealer and they blamed me for riding too hard. I've been riding side-by-sides all my life and I know how to handle them. I was not riding it too hard. The agreed to "do me a favor" and fix it since I bought the warranty. They dealer kept it for 2 weeks and could not get a belt, so they put on an after-market belt. The day I got it back it started making a metal-on-metal grinding sound. Took it back and they said the clutch and spring were broken. Turns out that some aftermarket belts will break the clutch, which in turn breaks the spring. The aftermarket belts will also void the warranty. The dealers mechanic told me that. So they had to replace clutch and spring, and put on another belt. That took another 2 weeks. It was never right after that. Then it started rolling when it was in park. The dealer said a loose cable was to blame. They never got that fixed properly. When I went to fill it with gas the key broke off in the gas cap because the keys are cheap pot-metal. Took it back to the dealer for 4th time. They had to cut off the gas cap. They ordered another key. That was 8 months ago. I still have not gotten the key. They gave me an after-market gas cap because they can't get them in stock. Next, it would not crank and the electronics quit working. All the fuses were blown. I replaced them, and the dash quit working. The dealer said the problem was in the electrical system and blamed me for leaving it outside overnight where humidity could get to the electronics. For real ?? These machines should be able to go 2 feet deep in water, but humidity will damage the electronics ?? Next, the seams in the seats started fraying. I could go on and on, but you probably get the point by now. They are made from cheap materials and no parts because they are made in china and a lot of china is locked down from covid. I found a guy who works at UPS in Memphis who wanted a camo model. He said he could fix anything that went wrong with the machine and was not worried about the problems I had. I took a $2k loss to sell it to him. Lesson learned. I'm sticking with Honda. I have a few friends who all also had problem with their units and either sold them or still trying to sell them. From now on, I will only buy from a brand-dealer, meaning a dealer who is licensed to only sell that brand, where their expertise and reputation is at stake.

Was wondering how you’ve been getting along with your you force, any problems with belt slippage or having to replace the belt? Thanks😊

It was the worst junk machine I've ever owned. And I've owned 2 of every brand there is. It had many-many problems with, starting on the day I made this video, and I sold it at the beginning of May after owning it exactly 6 weeks. And I put only 50 miles on it. I drove it very easy and never off-road because it was in the break-in period. The belt broke at the 20 mile mark. The dealer kept it 3 weeks and could not get the stock belt in stock, so they put on an after-market belt. The day I got it back, it started making a metal-on-metal sound and didn't have any power. Took it back to the dealer and it they said the spring and clutch plates were broken and they blamed me for riding it too hard. Since that happened, I've discovered that some of the after-market belts will damage the original clutch places and spring. I bought the extended warranty when I purchased it so they had to fix it, but they didn't want to. It was never right after that. The engine never had much power, it would not stay in gear, or in park. The camo started peeling pretty quickly. The dash quit working, which turned out to be a wiring problem. The dealer had to make a custom wiring harness because they could not order the stock harness. My fuses were constantly blowing out, which was probably because of the wiring harness issue. There were several other problems with it also. I found a guy close by who wanted a camo uForce and I took a $2k loss to sell it. He was a mechanic, so the problems I had didn't bother him at all. The only thing I didn't have a problem with was the winch. I owned it 6 weeks, and only had possession of it for 1. The other 5 weeks, it was in the dealer's shop. No way I would ever buy cfmoto again. And no way I will ever buy from that dealer again.

And I never rode it hard. Belt broke at 20 miles, clutch spring broke, would not stay in gear, display broke, key broke, camo started peeling. I finally had enough. Mike, am I correct in reading this machine broke down on you at 25 miles and you no longer have it? You should do an update about that if so
@MikeM100
@MikeM100 Год назад
You're reading it correctly. The machine started having problem immediately. And I drove it very gently and never went over 30mph because it was still under the break-in mileage. I've owned several belt-driven vehicles so I know how to drive them. The belt started slipping on the first day, and broke around the 25 mile mark. The machine was making a metal-on-metal grinding sound, which I'm assuming were the clutch plates grinding on each other, because the dealer had to replace the plates and the spring. The machine stayed in the shop for about 10 days. It never drove right after that, and was always extremely jerky. The camo started peeling pretty quickly. The display froze up at one point, but did finally start working again. I left it outside overnight and all the next day, and discovered that the glove compartment would not stay closed because the hinges were warped. I assumed it was from the heat from the sun, but now after talking to some other folks with the same problem, it was probably from engine heat which comes up the front fender and hits the dash from the rear side. The key broke off in the gas cap, the lift springs in the bed lost their power immediately, the bottom cover plate cracked, and I could go on. I think the materials are just poor quality. I have met other owners who are still very happy with their UForce 1000s, so I probably just got a lemon. If you do any research, you will see that some of my problems are typical of those machines, and most people just deal with them because the price point is so low. I need a vehicle to do work at the farm, and I like to ride, so I don't have time to deal with the problems. Plus, no one has spare parts. I met a guy who wanted the camo UForce and I took a $2000 loss to get rid of it. Now waiting on my Honda dealer to get a Pioneer 1000. I did two follow-up videos, which kept being blocked by YT, I'm assuming because dealers were reporting that it contained bad info because they wanted them taken down. I finally gave up trying to post them. That cheap machine came on the market after Covid and gave the cash-strapped dealers a chance to make a quick dollar because they had gone for over a year with nothing to sell. So dealers aren't too happy when upset owners air their frustrations. Lesson learned. I'll stick with brand names from now on. Thanks for watching and commenting.

@@TheShowgunofHarlem I love your handle. That was a great movie. If you look on FB in some of the CFMoto groups, there are a lot of mixed comments both for and against the UForce 1000. Since I put up the last two videos (which have been blocked), I have gotten probably 50 emails from people with the same experience I had. But I know some people who love their machine, but they also baby their machines and don't ride them hard. My last machine was a Pioneer 700 and I rode it like a pack mule for three years, including running it for a couple of day WITHOUT OIL, and it never failed me. I don't use it anymore. I sold it after 6 weeks. It stayed in the shop 4 out of the 6 weeks I owned it. Tore up the third or fourth day and never really ran right. The dealer could not get spare parts cause China was shut down, so they put on after-market parts, and that made it worse. I think I put maybe 10 hours on it. Then sold it.

They are made from low-quality non-durable materials. My clutch and belt broke immediately. And I never drove it off-road and never above 30mph because it was in the break-in period. Had electronics issues, problems with it staying in Park, display problems, etc. And That was all the first two weeks. I owned it 6 weeks, and it stayed in the shop for 4 of those weeks. The dealer had to put on 3rd party clutch and belt because they could not get oem parts because they are made in China and a lot of China was still on lockdown, or backed up because of Covid. The speedometer always shows is going 6-8 mph above the actual speed. I have two friends who also bought them and had the same experiences, and eventualy sold theirs. These are not made to last. They are made to be cheap. And the materials are poor quality.

There is still a shortage of pioneers and other brands, so the Chinese are flooding the American market with their brands. These machines look nice and come with some stock items like a roof and winch, but they cut corners on material strength. I sold mine to a guy who was not at all worried about the problems I had. He sold it 3 months later. My dealer always blamed me for the problems, probably because they did not want to admit they were selling inferior junk. They had to fix it because I bought the extended warranty. From now on, I will only buy from a brand dealer like Honda or Polaris. I have a pioneer 700 which I use at the farm. I ride it like a pack mule and it always performs. But it has a drive shaft and not a belt. I'll never again buy a belt driven UTV.
