Seeing that the 2011 will be the N47 which is a much more refined motor compared to the M47 in my car, the one key item I'd check is if the timing chain has been replaced or had any issues in the past, Have a full vehicle inspection done which includes a complete computer check and diagnostic report, as well as service records and general car buying practice. Remember these aren't new cars so expect things to break, but at the same time you can use that to your advantage.
