@@rinaldocatria4386if they try to add a dealer markup at the end don’t pay it and raise a big fuss with Ford HQ & the media. They’ll give you an order code to put you at the front of the list so you won’t have to wait too much longer. Ford’s top dealership in my state tried to add $10k at the very last minute to my brother’s raptor and they acted like they were doing him a favor by not making it more “like most other dealerships would do”. This will continue to be a problem until cars are fully electrified because Ford allows them to do it. My cousin claims dealerships are doing this because they think they need to make as much money as possible before everything goes electric. 90% of dealerships won’t be around once that happens so they’re ripping everyone off. It has nothing to do with scarcity of cars or any backup from demand they have printouts of how many they’re getting a week months in advance. They just keep them inside somewhere and sell them as quick as they can. It’s a shame when even the marquee dealerships are ripping you off. Chevy/GM & Dodge is even worse bc they charge more markups than Papa Ford is allowing.
Pretty stupid to say "Most of us aren't smarter than engineers"... As if no one watching is an engineer. I am a software engineer and have worked with many engineers who are not super smart, but they are good at what they do.
Engineers have a common temperament, and way of looking at problems. Intelligence doesn't define an engineer, it's knowledge in Physics, math and chemistry and how we use our knowledge to solve problems. If you think that makes you smart, then you must think all Doctors and Lawyers are smart, Including Kamala Harris
