As a long-time Wrangler driver (and now a Bronco driver) I love this set up. The Bronco Sport is a very capable rig, especially the way you've got it configured. And that bronze looks sick with that Area 51 blue. Nice job on the nudge bar. Well done all around!
You have an awesome Bronco Sport. Thanks for covering the addition of the nudge (bash) bar. I've been wanting to install one and I didn't know whether the nudge bar would impact the trail camera's visibility. I have the exact same Bronco Sport model.
Great looking BS! Where did you get the letters in that bronze? Does anyone think a true coil over lift would be better than the puck style? I feel like the Bronco Sport rides so rough
@ryansheard8092 I had them remove the rear ones and the sport symbol, and then just got a rear Bronco emblem that I plasti dipped then applied dead center, the front ones were plasti dipped without removing
nice setup my man 👍🏻 i’m thinking of doing the woolworth motorsports nudgebar , it’s a little more lowkey and can still allow for a lightbar and tow hooks
Awesome Thanks man. I would reach out to HRG engineering about that it does align with factory settings so I don't see why it would as well as it is an easy swap out if you save your stock ones
Do you have the specs or measurements of that piece of angle iron for the bottom bolt of the nudge bar bracket? I’m working on a badlands bronco sport and am looking for something like that. Would you have another made and ship it? Thanks!
I don't man and I actually just sold this car so I don't have access to a picture. But I believe they just slanted the brackets back and slightly under
Hi, I also have a bad lands, I want to install the RC's nudge bar, but I don't know how to install it to my car after removing the towbar, is it necessary to customize a part separately, thank you for your reply.
Yeah according to the Tech that installed it and I went into the back and he showed me why. But the RC bar is not meant to fit for the Badlands or First edition. So the two options were to add and angle iron plate to fit or weld it.
Do you have the dimensions for the iron plate that was needed for the nudge bar? Or contact info for the maker, I would have to have it shipped out to me though since I am not from CO.
I don't, But the place that did it was Autoplex in Northglenn CO. If you call them they might be able to remember what dimensions they were. It's coming up on a year since that job.
Looks cool, but what's the tire diameter? I have had a bronco on order for a long time, no delivery in sight, bronco sport badlands looks like an attainable alternative but I am worried about smaller tires, lack of low range and stabar disco, and of course I'd miss the stick.
265 65r17 big foot. Could have gone a little bigger or a more treaded tire but the guy said if this is a Daily this is the one to get and it is a smooth ride. Wait Stick? Yeah manual is a cool option they offered on the bronco. I have a Focus RS for that this is the daily but I've read nothing but good ratings on the sports capabilities.
So they don't make an Intake for it which I hope they do soon. They do make an exhaust for it with those 2 I recon you'd get another 50hp. But yeah I just did the ECU and the best MPG I've gotten is 21 lowest I've seen is 18.2 so far
@@masonwilliams1810 I had The Bronco sport Big Bend and never saw any MPG above 26. Yes I'm getting close to big bronco territory because I'm pushing the same amount of HP, this has 305hp Big Broncos range from 275-400 hp
Hey man, love the setup. I have the 2021 badlands sport with an HRG 1.25” lift as well. Do you think I’d be able to fit 245/70r17 BFG KO2’s on there without any trimming? I’ve been going back and forth on whether to get 65 or 70….
@@dogtownwilly123 Thanks for the reply, I would assume the people that added them would have mentioned it. Also you showing how the push bar was added saved me from alot of questions, ive had my badlands for a little over 3 months and have been looking at the rough country one ever since I got it. Great video!

I just priced out a 2024 Bronco Sport badlands and a new 2024 Toyota 4Runner TRD Off Road and they are both right at $44K. Toyota way better off road with mechanical locks, more room and more comfortable.
She looks AWESOME..........Im pretty sure im getting the badlands with premium group and NO sunroof (thank god! I will add a small linear light bar low profile to the front over the license plate for athethetics (when i drive to the mall) have to look good!
Haha that's a good question, I would assume not but I will say when I have a passenger ride in my car the passenger airbag sensor comes on and when Noone is sitting there it's off. But yeah not testing that one out 🤣
Great video. Have a white badlands paid 47k. Had to pay on top 3k but nice to drive. The only thing is hard to differentiate between other models unless you know. May need a Badlands label on side.
@@dogtownwilly123 Yeah. I'd like to see which websites are selling them or if you know. It would really differentiate the badlands from the rest. Otherwise, not many people can tell. There is a lot of difference especially the engine- 250hp.
@@DarkPony82 yeah came with Badlands sticker. I had a big bend sport before this, different engine, interior and modes. But yes Badlands comes with the golden sign, unless first addition
@@DarkPony82 Yes, it has Badlands but what I mean there is isn't much difference when you have another BS next to it unless you know the difference which is not much except Led lights and wheels.
I`m living in Brazil and here they call the Badlands, The Wildtrac. Can anyone confirm/ deny all the problems with the powertrain/transmition that I see on the internet? If the truck breaks , I`m looking at 1 month wait to get the parts from mexico:( I have not yet bought the truck.
It's not as bad as it sounds online, but it's not good. I would wait til Ford works out the kinks. I bought a new 2021 base model back in April 2022 (price was low), had to wait three weeks for them to fix the recalls on it before I could buy it. Then it broke and was back at Ford three days after I brought it home. They had to "fix" a portion of the driveshaft that was loose and broke. Two months later, same issue happened, so I just ended up selling it to CarMax.
@@myplaxismodelisbetterthanyours Thank for your feedback and sorry to hear about your problems, because I know how emotionally attached we become to a brand new car... I`ll wait for another year or so.
@@jimrehman904 I think it is hit or miss with quality. I believe the badlands has the better motor (not sure what motors they have in Brazil in the Wildtrac?), But still drivetrain issues for some. I loved the car otherwise! The car market is so crazy in California that when I sold it, I actually made money, so it wasn't a total loss. Good luck!
@@myplaxismodelisbetterthanyours The Wildtrac has the 2.0, which I wanted. Great to hear of your profit...but too bad for the guy who bought it. Thanks again for the input and lets hope for a perfect 2024 Ford Sport Bronco!!
I gotta see some proof of out the door $37k with a badlands and it looked like a premium package at minimum cuz that's a steal and my hats off to you but I think that's before tax title tags doc etc... But. Lemme know
@@dogtownwilly123 ok that's what I paid only options were premium package and falken tires you had me feeling like I got screwed for a minute I did have to pay $3300 in taxes cuz dealer didn't want to give me enough for my trade in so it didn't knock down the taxes and I guess cash down payment doesn't count or it would have been less for me but I was able to selly old car for $3500 more than their offer so it wasn't worth it. I like the build but how has it affected your MPGs? Sorry if it's been gone over before but with mine stock I average 23-27 depending on how I drive but I drive probably 60-70 percent highway I think.
@@sock979 it's been sitting at 21 mpg on average but when I first got it I was punching it hard and it was at 19 mpg, it's alot more fun to drive with the tune haha so I was abusing the power but yeah just depends on how you drive it
@@dogtownwilly123 I understand I had a tune one my 2014 escape and abused it more with that. The tune will come after I get my blowoff valve catch can and boost gauge sorted this engine layout is far different from my 2014 escape 2.0.
How’d you install the license plate in front? I’m having trouble finding a bracket that would work with the push bar or even how to mount the plate temporarily
Which model do you have? The bumper is different on the Badlands, but the place who installed the Bash bar were able to mount it there so not 100% sure
