2022 Harley Davidson Lowrider ST (FLXRST) FULL review! 

Thanks for actually taking the time to show us the bike. A lot of other channels are just riding the bike as they review it, and you don't really get a good look at it. Great overview of the bike.

Great review! You could have ridden it if you wanted too. I just came in from installing a lay down license plate holder on it. The slant flows perfectly with the bags and tail light. My wife Michelle and the Timms staff surprised me with this bike. She knew how bad I wanted this one to sit beside my original ‘87 FXRT.

I just ordered one in black. I traded in my 2018 114 Fat Bob, I wanted the fairng & bags along with the bigger tank, but I wanted the performance and handling that the softail has versus the touring chassis. The only thing that sucks is I have to wait for it to come in.

Thanks for the review. I have to say that the lack of an analog speedometer and tachometer is a big miss on this bike. Hopefully they’ll have an option for adding them.

Im pre-ordering a 2023 ST right this week. For once, Harley finally made a bike that does meet my style and expectations.

Good review on the ST, I saw it in person at my local dealership. I’m considering getting one for the price it’s well worth it.

I have had mine for 1 week now. Love the bike, only thing that has to go for my liking is the mid controls. Have a forward control kit on order. If you are 6 foot tall or taller, the mids are quite cramping.

I agree, great value for the money. I was actually surprised at the price point. Now I'm considering this bike!

Excellent review, I love the ST and wouldn't change anything other than upgrading the two in to two exhaust (which I like) for something a little louder, as soon as it arrives on this side of the Atlantic (UK) I will be handing over my hard earned cash to my local dealer H-D to acquire one.

You should definitely buy the ST! I would love to see some more ST content and see how you would build it out!

Cosmetically, looking at it from more than 10 ft away, it's one black blob sans any contrast that would give it form. Nobody is even going to be able to discern that it's not a Honda, let alone notice that the bags are different. Am glad to see HD finally did the bike right in the suspension dept. Hopefully, someday they'll bring one out that looks like a Harley.

I love this bike, and I am considering signing up for one. However, if I were designing it I would have gone 2-1 and made the bags the same size. Love it, but that is a head scratcher for me. In fact, I think that will be an option in 2023. They only have to buy one mold to do it.

Excellent review. Bike is awesome and I’d defiantly love to own one. I imagine I would just find a sport glide bag for the right side and run a 2 into 1 pipe.

The guage on the S is better than the one on the ST. Kind of surprised they did that.

I want a street glide special, in battleship grey so bad. But my budget says otherwise, and this bike catches my eye. Having not seen one in person, how tall person friendly is this bike? Would forward controls ruin the ride of this bike? Love the channel, hope you buy one!

We have a 2022 Low Rider S and have a Low Rider ST on Order. We love the Low Rider S and can't wait to get the ST.

I ordered and payed in full mine in April, only because it was the last one in stock in Belgium. I still didn't get it and from the shop here in Belgrade they told me that folks from Harley told them they will deliver all the prepaid bikes in two weeks.

Just perchased a BMW R18 and that bike blows the Low Rider ST a new hole in so many ways.

That is definitely "The Bike" for me. I like the bagger bikes yet Im short and don't like how I look on a RoadKing. This bike solves that issue and a performance bagger to boot!!!

This bike looks amazing except for those saddlebags being different sizes it messes with my OCD 😂

I'm between this and a Fat Bob. Going to be my first Harley.

really good video tho, I love how you do the side by side comparison video for people online to understand the difference between two bikes hope you can keep on making the good quality content Lowrider ST is really a good looking bike of softail family, especially the streetbob style gauge just hit my spot not really a big fan of revolution max engine

Much prefer the gauge . One of the things I really like about the Sportster S.

The motor company hit it out of the ball with this one... I can honestly say its a bummer they discounted the sport glide, Had it gotten the ST treatment, variety is key . I mean there's a street glide for a road glide, and there's too many of this particular model.

Do you think Harley will eventually offer a same-sized right-hand saddlebag? For those of us who ditch the stock exhaust, ofcourse. Love this new machine from HD!

My st just arrived at my dealer. I will pick it up on Monday. My speaker are on back order. Deliver of the speaker is 6 months out. I had ordered mine at the end od jjan.

Here's a idea, what if the 2 into 1 exhaust pipe rode high like the top muffler?

I agree on the absence of the audio equipement, to not raise the price. But I disagree for the two people seat and additional pegs : all bikes company are basically providing them for no price increase (in fact, price increase often comes with the 1 people seat option...). The Motor Company is litteraly bullying it's own customers on that point.

Really like the the review brotha. Definitely going back and forth about this bike and the LRS. I will be getting a new bike very soon.....🤷‍♂️. Decisions, decisions! A versus review would be super cool. 👌

What?? Your not going to nick pick the fact still no led turn signals?? Still don't know why Harley won't just go ahead and give use full led lights. Still an awesome bike though.

hopefully thunderheader will make the pipe for this run up closer to the saddlebag so there isn't a big useless gap, and providing more lean angle.

I like it a whole lot. I was considering buying the ST, but (1) it was near impossible to get one, (2) it costs a few thousand more than the S which I know is still a good value for what you’re getting, but for a second bike I needed to stick with the lower price, and (3) I wanted something completely different from my Ultra Limited. Not having the fairing on my Low Rider S makes it completely different to me. I’m LOVING my Low Rider S. I’ve had it for about 8 weeks now.

I liked this video, subscribed, and then went on to watch and like the rest of your videos. All because I support your hopes and dreams in getting this bike for yourself. Lol. Be great, friend. Lol.

Hey Blair, love the channel, especially the model walkthroughs and versus videos. One critique on this one, looks like you have a little bit of a duplication around 08:35 and 08:39, with the "or make the left side..." sentence.

I like it well enough that I am thinking of trading in my 2020 Road Glide for one. This is the best deal you can get for a performance bagger(type) from the factory. The way it is set up, you can take it straight to the track. I was looking at the Road Glide ST. It looks good, but for the money it is very lack luster. 30K plus with a mostly stock suspension and a Boombox? Why would you put floor boards and a Boombox on a performance bagger? I would rather make the radio an option and offset the cost for the Ohlins/racing suspension. The Touring STs are a gimmick with a CVO engine. The Lowrider ST is definitely closer to the mark!!!

I could have bought a 2021 at a fair price with under 4000 miles , I am sure it’s going sell out for this and maybe next year , please give the bike forward controls Harley-Davidson

it is a great looking bike! Harley nailed it on this one!!! I will not trade it in for my 2020 Lowrider S, especially with all the mods I did to it, but I can understand people trading in for this one

It's a good bike. I just don't like the gauges. I much prefer the single gauge on the S. Could you fit that ST fairing on the Fat Bob?

Those different sized bags looks silly and not right IMO , why didn't H.D make a single exhaust and make both bags the same size

As always I enjoyed your review. But, may I offer an alternative. “What a lash up.” Tank - why not fit a new plain tank rather than the old one with a big lump of plastic on the top of it. Exhausts - obviously needs a two into one which would alleviate the different size of the bags. However, the bags still look ridiculous as they are mounted too high and look like an after-market after thought. Gauges - can you actually read them in the sun. Why not stick with the new semi analogue one which you can read as it is mounted at a higher level which everyone was screaming for. Fairing - I know it harks back to the original and it has been improved but would it not have beeb better to have started with a clean sheet because in my eyes it is still ugly and looks unbalanced giving the bike a heavy front end - just saying.

Didn’t they put LED headlight, LED rear lights, but leave the front turn signals as halogen? That gives you one thing to nit pick.

This is the one "newer Harley " that I MIGHT consider trading up my 110 dyna street bob but like you said good luck actually getting one or not paying an insane markup on it 😑

I have to say, IMO, it’s a Sportglide with a 117 but an ugly fairing. I get what they were trying to do, I’m just not a big fan of those bags or the fairing.

Too much wrinkle black on these new ‘22 softails.. I get it on the motor here and there but there’s no need to have it like that on the risers, the top clamp etc.. it looks like rhino liner

hate, Hate, HATE that shrimpy digital gauge. Really prefer analogue gauges with big needles sweeping across the face of a gauge clearly printer with numbers.

Needs fatter risers. Fatter bars and already hearing that the display is useless in the sun.

I’m not a fan of the fairing on this bike. I saw on on the show room floor in Covid Grey. In my opinion it’s a butt ugly bike :(
