2022 Harley-Davidson Tri Glide Ultra - FIRST LOOK!!! 

I'm on my second TriGlide Ultra, first was a teal colored 2020 now I have a 2021 Billiard red. We went to a trike due to my wife's health issues, she has battled cancer eight times, maxed out on Chemo, radiation and cyber knife treatments. She is currently on immunotheraopy treatments and will be every 28 days for the rest of her life. She can't walk without a walker due to the radiation has destroyed the blood flow to her hips. I have arthirits and gout so I had to make a couple changes to our trike, first foam handlebar grips. With a trike you have to steer, not lean and my hands hurt so bad at night I couldn't sleep, the foam grips help a lot. Second, I installed a heel shifter for when my gout is flared up in my feet. These are just the cost of riding when you are old.

Talked to a lot of people with tri glides and watch the slip on pipe clamps they come loose ! Mine was loose with only 400 miles on it so be safe and enjoy .

But again with a solid rear axle instead of independent rear suspension. Not sure i heard a rough ride is have to rent one.

BEWARE: I had a Motor Trike kit installed by Superior Trikes, Florence, SC. They knowingly delivered my trike to me with numerous issues and 2 dangerous issues = did not torque down handle bars and they almost came off while riding and reverse battery was wrong size and installed incorrectly which melted the terminals. If Superior Trikes didn't know all of the 12 issues prior to delivery then they shouldn't be doing any installations at all! I have pictures, videos, text msgs, tel nbrs, email addresses etc. for anyone to see.

Motor Trike corporate told me I had to have the very dealer that did the shit installation repair the issues or warranty would be void.

So a tank badge and pinstripes ... other than that, and fixing the oil sump issue, that's the only difference between the new 2022 and my 2019 Tri-Glide.

My 2013 anniversary model is still running great. But, 2014 came out with the water cooled engine...DAMN!!!

Messed up my back and would love to have one of those but they cost what I paid for my Toyota Tacoma.

Not a whole lot different than my 2019. I do like the pin striping and tank badge. They have done away with the heel shifter as of 2020. I hated mine and took it off. After 50 years of riding without one, I just couldnt get used to it and kept getting my foot caught in it. Also the light at the tip of the front fender has been deleted (C'mon Harley....really!) I see they're still putting on crappy handlebars that are way too low. Funny, I never once had a tendency to want to put my feet down. Probably from riding my ATV.

I’ll take a Can Am Spyer over a Harley trike any day. I have ridden both quite a bit. Spyder far superior in all ways, especially cornering, and a good bit faster. Oh……yeah, except that the Harley sounds better. Vrooom vrooom!
