I have a ‘21 Accord Touring 2.0T and I absolutely love it! I look forward to driving it every single day! Such a fun car to drive. Checks a lot of boxes. Zero regrets buying it.
@@chadrichards8930 Currently have 34k miles on it. Rock solid reliability. Just got an oil change and had my first transmission service. Still love it!
@@jaygarcia7807 I live in NC. I actually found it at a Honda dealership in NJ back in late ‘22. It only had 4k miles on it. It was a certified preowned vehicle. I took a chance and bought it sight unseen. I had it shipped to my house for $700. Turned out very well. 2 of the rims had bad curb rash on them that had not been disclosed to me by the dealer. I talked to them about it and they agreed to pay for the repairs, which I had done locally. Other than that, all went smoothly and I couldn’t be more pleased with this car.
Nice review. Any Honda accord from 2020-2022 are undercover beasts! I own one myself & it’s a good daily car. Gas is pretty good too even when you’re speeding lol for the price, it’s a steal! 🔥 #TeamHonda
I wound up wi th a low mileage used sonic gray pearl, this vid makes me wish I held out to find a black one closer but I'm still happy - clean black will always be hard to beat
@@ericdolby1622 im still torn, the grey sure stands out more and I get a lot of compliments on it.... I think after wanting the steel metallic, I would either do sonic grey or go black. I've parked mine next to a black and had a little envy, but this grey is waaay easier to keep clean and has that "effect".
When I was car shopping this was definitely on my list and I test drove the 2.0T. But something about the Camry XSE won me over. Accord is a dope vehicle but it just didn’t do it for me.
Car & Driver does “Lightning Laps” around Virginia International Raceway and the Accord beat the Camry’s time by 7 seconds! For me it was driving dynamics where the Accord is hands down the better performer. I do like the Camry, but the Accord 2.0 was my choice.
I bought one last year in the same color and love it. Currently planning to remove the chrome emblems and make them gloss black emblem to make it the black theme going on currently on my car.
I see a lot of folks wrapping them in vinyl vs spending the money to replace them. The emblems (Big "H" in front and back "Sport" and "Accord") can be plastid dip (sprayed) vs vinyl wrapped. It's a shame Honda didn't sell a "Night" edition with all muted chrome. I know if you ordered new you could get the grill and other items in the muted chrome.
@@sn4rl277 yea I debadge the chrome emblems on mines and replace them with gloss black emblems and did the vinyl wrapping on the window trims. Yea I do wish those came as an option from Honda.
@josevela9018 Is it as fast and drives as good as people say? I'm thinking of getting one simply for its reliability, speed, price, performance, and looks over a Dodge Charger RT or Kia Stinger GT-Line.
@@jaygtestdriveshow long do you think the accord 2.0t would last compared to the Camry xse v6? The direct injection also worries as since it could possibly cause carbon buildup in the future.
One thing i dislike is its tiny fuel tank. 14.8 gallons gets you 429 miles range. Of course you not going drive all of it as some its reverse gas. That means you can drive 330 miles before refuel. Lame
Not bad but it definitely needs more bass and it sounds flat, I was looking to buy this exact model and the sound system disappointed. If you really love your sound system I wouldn't recommend this vehicle or you can install an aftermarket sound system.
If you like the car but the sound system is a deal breaker, consider the new civic touring. Its actually cheaper than the accord 2.0 and it has a 12 speaker 450 watt system vs the accords 8 speaker 180 watt system. I’ve owned both and the difference is night and day
Yes the sound system I don’t like. The speakers sound busted if you ask me. I have a 2021 accord 2.0t sport. If u want good speakers go with the EXL trim or the touring which both have a 12 speaker system with a subwoofer. But only the sport and touring come in 2.0t. The exl doesn’t have that option anymore
Loved my 2021 2.0 but a Tesla Model 3 makes this car feel and look antiquated. The design is still beautiful though but once you drive a tesla you’ll question why you spent the time and money on a car such as this. Just my forthright opinion
