I got a 2021 EX-L hybrid. I was surprised by the smooth and instant torque the electric motors generate. Traded a civic for it and have no regrets! In love with the car.
you did really well on the presentation. you nailed it by saying you want the “Sport” look with the Hybrid efficiency. I have a 21 Sport 2.0t. I was contemplating on replacing with 22 Sport Hybrid, but still not sure if I can justify $400/year savings.
Is the hybrid sport able to add a spare tire? I know the gas sport se has a spare and rear USB charging ports. Having kids with electronics on road trips a spare tire and extra charging ports are kinda important 😂.
My 2018 Accord 1.5T just had a fuel injector fail at 58k error code P0172 (posted on my channel). It's a good looking car but once the warranty expires you're on your own and you have no idea how expensive modern Honda engines are to fix. Oil changed at 80%, Shell regular used 80% of the time, always did warm up the car in the winter. Dealer so out of touch they recommended brake fluid replacement at 30k. I've never seen this part fail in ANY of my past cars. When asked why fuel injectors failed so early they said they see them all the time and $1600-$2500 would fix my out of warranty problem and warranty is only for 12k/12mos! Fool me once shame on me, fool me twice...
That’s the thing with cars. You’ll have one that will never give you a trouble or you can get one that does. Those extended warranty’s come in handy for times like that
Never accept that little of a warranty man, dealerships are trying to get you for everything they can most of the time, you have to be the same way towards them.
I’m from USA my accord 1.5 sport doesn’t have either if I would got the hybrid or 2.0 then yes but I don’t really use the sunroof as much when I was borrowing my sister crv which include it.
Hybrid is quicker due to the instant torque from the electric motor. But it’s pretty close to the 1.5T. But the 2.0T accord blows both of them out the water
