It's pretty simple to me. Hybrid for city drive and turbo for those who always travel out of town.

Hybrid saves RM6 for every RM20 petrol. That is comparing my 2019 HR-V Hybrid to my wife's 2016 Honda City E.

agreed! the 1.5E with turbo engine is the sweet spot for us

I think it depends on your driving style. You can still enjoy the hybrid in highways as long as you stay within the speed limits ie 110 km/hr and use less throttle.
