Appreciate the comment! I do hate not having the right tool on the job. I’m so surprised how much stuff I can carry in this little truck. And still have the room to haul away debris if needed.

That’s a heck of setup. Everything you need is right there, I hope no one breaks into your truck that’s a lot of missing gear for your business. Keep up the good work

Appreciate the comment! I’m always concerned about someone breaking into the truck and/or stealing the mower. For the most part, nothing is too expensive (tool wise) for someone to pawn. Although my insurance policy will cover up to $2K for hand tools. I think I have $1K coverage on each timemaster. I do my best to lock up when not near the vehicle.

Appreciate the comment as always! Most are amazed of how much stuff I can carry, with room to spare. I can also haul up to 1 yard of mulch (14 bags).

Thanks! We are focusing on the small(er) yards with this type of setup. I plan on doing a video of our trailer setup as well for medium size yards.

Bill I just talked about this in a previous video, if I was to do it over this would probably be my focus small townhouse properties and smaller homes only. This setup would be it for me✔️💯👍🏽

I envy those who have multiple townhouses. Quick and easy money. For some reason we can’t enough them close together. Something we need to focus on in the future.

The double mower rack design was just too big to attach to the back of the truck. Surprisingly I can squeeze both Timemasters in the back of the truck bed but there is no room to carry anything else or haul away debris.

Great setup Bill. You really have your whole buisness streamlined in a very pragmatic and efficient manner. BTW, do you have any idea of there is a commercial cargo carrier/wheelchair ramp like the one you have in this video that can fit a 30 Timemaster/and 22 in Toro simultaneously? If so it would be mounted on my full size 1999 Chevy 2500

Really appreciate the comment! Actually I’ve been searching for a cargo carrier that will hold 2 mowers. Or… Possibly I could bolt 2 carriers together to make a dual carrier.

Garden bed maintenance is definitely hard on the knees. Working on mowers as well.

We still have several larger yards that we need to pull a trailer with bigger mowers about two days during the week.

We schedule 8 to 10 yards per day with 40 yards per week. Average yard is a quarter acre at $50 per cut. Our quota is $2K per week and our goal is 2.5K per week. We try to up sell our other services (weather permitting) to make an extra $500 (if possible) over the $2k.

I didn’t need to reinforce the frame after cutting the center rails. Surprisingly, the carrier is still very sturdy to transport the mower.
