Send to dealer is also up though I haven't tried it. I want to say all weather floor liners used to be $110 while the mats are $170 but they are both $170 for 2022 across all IS models. Clearly I've been on the site too much when I start seeing these things! 🤣
Japan as of now . Canada production starts February. If you want Japan make you'll have to get from first batch . That's what I did I placed my order a couple months ago to ensure it was made in Japan
I wonder if manufacturers can equip certain options without the chips and retrofit at a later date through dealerships... I'm sure engineers are exploring all options. Again thanks for the updates Jake. You have no idea how valuable your videos have become. Keep it up, sir
I thought the same! I'd rather have the ML audio system in the car as a placeholder until my local dealership can install the chip later. If that's not a possibility, then I'll pass mine to the next person in line until I can get it fully loaded. Loaded in the truest sense.
Thank you! I am going to go ahead and set my mind on next year. I am waiting on both the NX and RDX so that I can test drive and compare them. So far it's a tough decision and I need to see them both in person. Both are taking a while to come in. Thank you for the update!
Hi Jake! Thank you for addressing about the GX inventory! I think I may need to call/email the dealership to see if "reserving" or "pre-order" is an option here... otherwise I'll be waiting til the end of 2022 to get one with the trim and option I wanted.
Yes, the GX is hard to get, even here in TN. Just stay persistent and check in weekly to see if you can catch that next allocation. Also, perhaps think about reaching out to a dealer that isn’t a crazy distance. Maybe in a different state they sell more Gx?

Hi Jake! I appreciate all the information you share with us about these upcoming cars. I have a 2019 NX300 FSoort. It will be paid for in 2 years. The new design has me wanting it in a bad way,I will be getting a '23 or '24. If there were any bugs, they will be worked out. Sorry for the long story, but have been a Lexus owner for quite some time. Hard to change.I wait fr your new videos every week. Great work, and I sure appreciate the information.

Great news. And interesting how east or west coast gets shipped to different ports. I thought it would all be LB then shipped via rail. Not sure if its because I am in Canada, but I've been able to preorder in September and choose the trim level before it even comes. So I suspect that whatever is "left" after some places allow pre-order, will be a free for all.
