Our 60th win over ohio state, putting our series record at 60-51-6 MICHIGAN. No team has beaten that SOFT, inferior program down there more than we have.
@PECKERWOOD249 you rock realize OSU said they changed their signs before this game, right? So what you're saying is just flat out dumb. You got your ass kicked, and will again.
There were a few huge moments in this game, but that was certainly one of them. I would argue that one of the biggest sequences was the Ohio State holding penalty (negating a big pass play) + the 15-yard headbutting. That set the down and distance at 1st and 35, and OSU never truly recovered from thereon out.
Yeah that's a huge swing. If he doesn't make that, the buckeyes are within 4 with 7 minutes to go. Plenty of time for their prolific offense. That was absolutely the key play of the game.
I’m in the marching band and at 36:16 the song we played is called Hot Time in the Old town Tonight and it was the touch down song a hundred years ago before the victors was written and now we only play it when absolutely embarrassing a team
Our original fight song that predated The Victors! That's the song that was played by the Michigan Marching Band when Fielding Yost's teams won 4 straight National Championships from 1901-1904. We have awaken the ghosts of our golden age and they have manifest in today's Wolverines. Was that Albert Herrnstein or Donovan Edwards?
Somewhere in Nashville, Hassan was glued to the TV like the rest of us, watching # 7 run all over the Buckeyes the way He did it to them last year, and you know he was loving it like the rest of us.
@@albertmezher9219 And I love how they each did it to OSU in different ways. Haskins, when he wasn't carrying 5 Buckeyes 6 more yards for a 1st down, he was hurdling those Suckers, and scoring at will, it seemed like. And then we have Edwards, who just said " Ah, Hell with it, I'm just gonna Bust Loose and Burn Down the Field all the way to the House on these Fools!! Twice!!". 2 Awesome Saturdays a year apart.
I personally don’t agree with his religion, but it’s crystal clear how full his heart is and how inspired he is for greatness!! I’ll take that every day! It’s a beautiful thing! THE DON! 〽️
He reminds me of DPJ. Despite the fact that Peoples-Jones was a receiver, they still have so much in common, coming from a Michigan-Browns fan. GO BLUE!!!!!!!
Imagine you’re the HC at OSU: You get your ass beat last year to your arch rival, get called out by your arch rival’s HC for being born on 3rd base, fire some of your staff to change things around, vow for revenge on your arch rival, plan around stopping a Heisman candidate, and yet somehow someway, get your ass beat even harder this time around!
What faces they started to melt like hot pizza cheese fresh out the oven on JJs Td run so by the time Edwards did his thing their faces were gone😂😂😂 Let's Go Blue〽️™️
I think McCarthy and Edwards wanted to stick it to Day for the way he treated them while recruiting. He actually told McCarthy he should look elsewhere because OSU was going in a different direction.
The play at @27:50 was so good. That's 6. The receiver had his hands on it and secured until Sainristil knocked it out before he could get a foot down. Perfect play. One of several he had that game
Michigan's first win over Ohio State in Columbus since the 38-26 win in 2000. That 2000 Ohio State vs. Michigan Game turned out to be John Cooper's last game in Columbus as Ohio State Football Head Coach. Just one and a half months after that and the day after the Buckeyes lost to South Carolina in the Outback Bowl, John Cooper was fired because of his 2-10-1 record against Michigan.
I live in a small town in NW Ohio. After the game, I took the big “〽️” flag off of my house and ran through the streets of my town with it. I got a few “🖕” running past the bar in town that always has a huge Buckeye watch party! Schadenfreude
In my opinion this one was more impressive than last year's win against them. This year they had to do it in enemy territory and without their star player. Great win Blue!! 〽
Yeah I agree last year we had all the elements in our favor at home, star players both offensively and defensively healthy, two freaks of a nature d lineman in Hutch and Obi so we lost that and everything this year was in their favor our stud of a Rb(no offense to our second in command Rb because he's a stud also) was injured, they were at home
We Did It Again! And in the same way we put most other teams down this year. A dominant second half! We proved all the doubters wrong again! We did it without Corum, on the road and JJ was able to throw! GO BLUE 〽️
Little Did Ohio State know that Michigan is a second half team first time since 2000 we beat them in Columbus and a 12-0 perfect season and 988 wins in school history
Jim harbaugh just kicked Ryan days ass at home called him starting at 3rd base and then kicked his ass again the next year at the shoe that's incredible
And what a lot of people don't know Donovan Edwards use to hold the football in his left hand all the time even when running in the right side in highschool. He has learned to use both hands and arms more at Michigan.
Its been a couple weeks. I still have trouble believing this actually happened. After so many years of suffering to Ohio state , Michigan has finally done it, again. No matter what happens after this in the playoffs, Im so proud of these guys. GO BLUE.
Still a dumb move to plant a flag. We all know the record we have with ms. tate after Mike Hart's comment. Here's to hoping they don't do the same next year.
@@lemonade9196 Don't get me wrong, I agree that Day "...was born on third base...". I'm just saying it took Harbaugh seven years to get to third base. If you've been in a drought, then suddenly, hit 2 triples...you keep your composure because you realize they could have been homeruns. I've seen Michigan football at it's worst; and it coincides with Mike Hart's comments. Planting a flag is a dumb move.
Best moment in this post comes at 37:55 when the interviewer wants to talk with Harbaugh but Coach turns away to give JJ 100% of the credit That is SO Coach Harbaugh. He does this all of the time. Respect.
@Carey Conley Thanks for the correction. Your first sentence was unnecessary. The second one got the job done. As you can see I've edited my original comment. Again, thanks for correcting me. I would have made that mistake again .
Watched this like 10 times already. What an unreal day. When I look back I can't think of who is our player of the game. JJ? Edwards? Sainristil? Cornelius Johnson? Our O-Line? We completely annihilated them on both sides of the ball 🤣
Planting that flag was the seal of DOMINION rivalry King's over the bucks in great battle. Way to persevere Wolverines especially in the first half. Hail to the Victors and to the Victors go ALL the spoils! Blue Nation! #1 Champs of the West! 💪🙏☝️
This is the third time I’ve watched this game on your channel. Beating that team, especially in consecutive years, is better than any drug on the planet. Tear up every time
A Buckeye commentator said it best: "When Harbaugh needed a play he had a linebacker throw the ball. When Ohio State needed a play they punted." Welcome back to the rivalry.
Another great thrashing by Michigan! I loved the commentator, he kept it real even while OSU was getting embarrassed in their own house! Great game Blue, total dominance of "THE" Ohio St Buckeys!
JJ was so big this game! JMO, all the plays, were so huge. 2 huge td passes, then the td pass to Loveland, the TD run, 10yds the hard was was massive that drive, the calls another 1st down or big gain by JJ. Just big time football big time difference making. The entire team, they were awesome!
Mich/OSU last Top 3 Matchups 11/18/ *06* + 11/26/ *16* = *22* Jim Harbaugh last win in Columbus: November *22* , 1986. Donavan Edwards with *22* carries and *2* long rushing TDS in the *2nd* half. Michigan beats OSU by *22* in Columbus for the First time in *22* Years. Ohio State *2nd* straight loss in *2* different Stadiums. The wrongs finally turned into rights on this day! GO BLUE!
it's great to beat OSU AGAIN... BUT it's not over, we HAVE to beat Purdue and if we do... TCU (should be kinda easy also) then god knows who in the championship
Wonder what the excuse will be this year? Had osu fans tell me last year was a fluke and we would get spanked this time. OSU WHAT HAPPENDUH. What a play by Sanstrill
OSU tried to make adjustments in the 3Q to avoid giving up the big play, and UM went back to the ground-and-pound. Talk about taking what the defense gives you.
Yep, really made them play Michigan's style after that jittery first quarter. In a way Corum being out was sort of a blessing -- forced M to play left-handed and then boom back to right handed in the second half.
Been checking RU-vid today waiting for your upload. Thank you again for providing this cut. Can’t wait to watch this game over, and over, and over again until you upload next years win. Much love Devotee! Forever Go Blue
Absolutely love every second of that ass beating, missing Heisman candidate and Mike Morris and coming on top 45 to 23 was just beautiful. If those bombs do get in to the playoffs I hope Georgia spanks them we spanked TCU or USC and we get our redemption on Georgia. I've seen a few comments saying Michigan can't be Georgia ,,,, wrong Michigan and Georgia are the two best teams in the nation have been the two best teams in the nation all year and we got a good shot and taking them down especially with JJ and having CORUM back !!! Jobs not done yet!!!! GOOOOOO BLUUUE BABY!!!
Devotee! Devotee, MVP this is by far your best work yet. Man this won to me has meant so much more to me than last year's. I cannot wait to see what happens in the Playoff. Go Blue!!!!
Michigan's Mike Morris @ 34:34 after Donovan Edwards' 85-Yard back-breaker: "Y'all weak as fuck! Y'all weak as fuck! Break that shit!" Then symbolically breaks the block o over his knee. Best moment in the entire game. GO BLUE!
Gotta say I appreciate the hell out of these videos! I was so stressed and focused during the game I could barely pay attention to the commentary. Love being able to appreciate gus & joel’s commentary. Amazing highlights edit man!
I truly believe this is the year for Michigan when they finally win it all. If they can beat TCU on New Year's Eve, then I truly think they can beat Georgia and get their redemption from last year. I think OSU will give Georgia a run for their money, but I don't think they can beat them though. If Michigan can beat TCU and Georgia, then it will have been a quarter of a century since they last one the National Title.
28:57 "...Jim Knowles has to have the best series as a defensive coordinator he's maybe had in his life... they have to get a stop" Donovan Edwards immediately breaks 75-yard touchdown run. "Uh, well, look at that! Knowles got the Ohio State defense off the field in one play."
Donovan Edward & brake corun nightmare for jim.knowles plus best offensive line in college football: plus very good experience wide receivers;; three in a row over ohio states 🏈
Am I the only Michigan fan that gets stupid emotional watching these wins against Ohio State? It’s like watching one of my kids play a sport & crushing. Sometimes I ecstatic other times at the end of the game I have tears running down my face. Especially the ‘21 game. I’ve been a Michigan fan since birth/1979 & it just affects me emotionally for some reason? I think I’m just old.🤷🏻♂️ Michigan vs everybody.😤 Go BLUE!!!!!😤😤😤✊🏼 Great production work too by the way! Well done. Respect.🙏🏼✊🏼
5th’ish watch through. I’m really noticing the mental grit differences; one of many reasons why we won. I remember this moment when watching live: 7:56 Will Johnson lays a shoulder into Stroud… PS. I LOVE how hard that kid hits… Stroud wasn’t gonna run again. Also, when that one corner tied up Bell, RB was like “chill, let go. Play over…” It was getting in their heads. OSU expected an easy win. Michigan TRAINED HARD for a win through the breaking of wills. That’s exactly what we got. I kept telling my son: The angrier they get, the more we are going to win. Then that PF head butt happened… I knew it was all but time. PPS. 14:12 another shot of the mental game slipping away and the will to fight breaking.
Let’s get a 3rd one fellas ‘23 😜🤘🏽 just a few more days away Go blue!〽️💙💛 …& free my boi Jim he ain’t do nothing wrong all we wanna do is WIN 🥇🏆🥳🍾 MICHIGAN it’s our time turn tf up! (M) Vs everybody 😈😤 👉🏽⭕️🚮 😂🤣
